Good college if you are dedicated for your studies.

Placements: On behalf of current placement status of batch 2020 - 2022 about 85% of students got placed with an average package of 6.5 LPA, though our own placement has also started a week before and some big tech are on the board for recruitment. So if you are skilled and confident enough, that wouldn't be hard for you to crack the placement.

Infrastructure: Talking about the infrastructure, as we are studying online I didn't visit campus that much but on basis of my one or two visit I can say that department buildings are still old fashioned but properly maintained, talking about lab and library I don't have any idea about them as I never went there.

Faculty: If you look with relevancy perspective then course curriculum is very good. It covers all basics to advance of Computer Science but if you just wanna pass exam than it won't be easy because the level of semester exams in jamia is comparatively tough.

It has the best faculty members and average placements. It is value for money.

Placements: As per the records and information from seniors, around 80% of students got placed in 2021. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. An internship is hard for students enrolling in 2 years MCA curriculum, as managing syllabus, placement preparation, and internship altogether is tedious. Roles like SDE and web developers are offered here.

Infrastructure: It is NAAC A+ accredited university. It has a central university. It has the best infrastructure. The campus is huge. Classrooms are good, and labs are great too with air-conditioned and up-to-date computers. The campus is beautiful. There is a shortage of hostels, and only a few selected students get it.

Faculty: The best thing about JMI is faculty members. Faculty members are top-notch. Starting from the admission procedure, I never went through such a fluent and friendly admission procedure. They are helpful and supportive. They are always cheering up students. The course curriculum is good but not great. It is totally understandable as they have to shrink the course from 3 years to 2 years recently. Exams are moderately difficult, even in online mode.

Other: Except for the self-financing seats, fees of all other courses for general seats are so low. Even a university offering distance or online learning mode charges more than that. There are literally 0 charges after you pay the yearly fees as everything is included in the yearly fees already. The institute's name is reputed, and everyone knows it for good.

Placements: Jamia' MCA has decent placements. Almost every student got placed in last few years except for those who chose to study further. However average packages varies year to year. For example, for 2021 ( Pandemic batch) passout batch the highest package was 7.2 Lacs. But in 2022 as of now, many students have got upto 15 Lacs and average is about 6. Many recruiting companies come. Some of them are Optum, Hexaview, vecto scalar. Companies come for placements as well as internships. Majority of companies come for Software developer and web developer's role but a few companies for data scientists' role.

Infrastructure: Jamia has a central Library which is very big and also departmental library in each department. Labs are well-equipped. Entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. But classrooms are not that good in some departments because some buildings are very old. There is shortage of hostel rooms especially for boys. There are many canteens which provide affordable food. Mess' food is also good. Sports and awesome facilities are awesome.

Faculty: Faculty is not that good. However all of them are well qualified. Indeed they are helpful. But overall teaching quality is below average. Course curriculum is according to the latest trends in the industry. Semester exams are really tough in Jamia.

Other: Fests happen every year. Jamia has well transport connectivity - Metro and bus both. Campus is clean and green. Many Scholarships are provided like AAJMI, JTA etc.

Satisfied with the university.

Placements: Many companies visited our campus for placements. The rate of placements is very high. The highest package offered is 8 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum. Companies like TCS, Landmark, Azeem Premji, Byju's, many others and startups visit our campus from time to time.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and library facilitate all our needs. Tournaments are held from time to time. The infrastructure is very good. Sports facilities provided are amazing. Quality of food is good and hygienic. There are no infrastructure related issues. Computer labs are good.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and cooperative. Teachers are knowledgeable. Teaching methods need to be improved. The student to faculty ratio is 40: 7. We get industry exposure. Practical implementation should be focused on. The course curriculum needs to be improved.

Other: Fests are not held in the college. The campus crowd is good. Surroundings are lush green. Connectivity is awesome.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty and placement.

Placements: Satisfying placement. Upto 60% students got placed. The highest package is 9 Lakh and the lowest package is 3.5 Lakh. Companies visited campus are TCS, Landmark, Hcl, Byju, Microsoft. They provide It jobs like software developer, web developer, Data analytics, Business Analytics etc. And also provide teaching jobs.

Infrastructure: Jamia millia islamia offers awesome infrastructure with open Wi-Fi all over the campus. There are more than 3 Library in the campus and more than 5 canteen. The quality of food that jamia millia islamia offers to it's student is really tasty and hygiene. Main library provides all types of book.

Faculty: Jamia millia islamia have very helpful and qualified faculty. Each Faculty having more than two scholars as well as they have full knowledge in their subject. Every teacher has different and unique teaching methods which is very helpful for the student.

Nothing is perfect in our college, and it needs improvement.

Placements: The college provided the best placements for our seniors. Almost all seniors got placed. About 65% of students got placed. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Many companies, like TCS, Mahindra, etc., visited our campus this year for placements. There is a placement cell in our department, and it invites companies to our college. Placement cell gives a chance for students to get placed in good companies.

Infrastructure: Library facility is not too good, and the number of books available is less than the number of students, so all students don't get a chance to take books from the library. Classrooms are of low quality and not well-maintained. Sports and game facility and medical facility are good. Quality of food served in the canteen is average, but the price of food is high. The infrastructure of our department is not good and not hygienic. It needs improvement.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified but not too supportive. Teaching quality is average, and only some teachers are helpful and cooperative. Some teachers use powerpoint presentation to teach us, and some use whiteboard and marker, and some only dictate the notes. They only provide theoretical knowledge. Lab assistants are not helpful, and lab is not productive. Teachers are knowledgeable, but they don't want to share their knowledge with students.

Other: Fests organised in our college are good. The size of the auditorium is small as compared to students, and students don't get space to sit in the auditorium. The campus crowd is average. Campus surrounding and connectivity is good. But faculty members don't involve too much in the fests. Department is not supportive.
