Jawaharlal Nehru University from my view.
Placements: There is no campus placement but seniors and professors have some contacts through which you can get placed but don't completely rely on that also. There are various student exchange programs so from that you can get a chance to visit the country of your subject language and get to know the culture and people.
Infrastructure: Campus size is 1,100 acres full of forest vibes and full of animals and beautiful birds. Infrastructure is decent as it is 60 years old in a polluted city like Delhi we are literally living in a paradise. But also due to many posters of political parties sticking everywhere, it feels kind of ugly.
Faculty: It is up to the line in my batch, there are few foreign nationals from Korea and Japan, you can get an idea of quality of education. Some professors are also inclined towards a specific political ideology so if you want good grades then stay away from politics.
Other: It is the best college for foreign language enthusiasts in India.

Highly satisfied to be part of JNU. Highly recommended.
Placements: I have been part of the JNU Placement Cell, and they have helped students secure positions at Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Services, NITI Aayog, and other think tanks, with competitive salaries and prestigious roles. Not only that, but companies also visit for hiring HR and other administrative staff roles.
Infrastructure: There is a 24/7 library where you can study, along with access to round-the-clock Wi-Fi. The classrooms are world-class, providing exposure to top-notch facilities at every corner. The hostel mess offers quality food at very affordable prices, and there is a health center where you can get medical attention at no cost.
Faculty: Faculty members are very student-friendly, and students can approach them easily. The curriculum is flexible, with two exams—one mid-semester and the other at the end of the semester. Students are also required to present their papers. The teachers are highly qualified, including names like Nivedita Menon and Rajesh Rajgopalan, among others.
Other: You are regularly updated about events, festivals, and other activities.

Great campus life with excellent learning experience.
Placements: Its a foreign language course, and one can not have many expectations regarding jobs. But one thing is for sure if one knows how to have a conversation in a language. He can become an interpreter. There are also jobs regarding translation as tour guides. Freelancing can be a good option. One can expect a maximum of 4 LPA- 5 LPA. Minimum 2 LPA-3 LPA are offered. There is no official data so I can't provide exact data.
Infrastructure: There are 18 hostels, all equipped with mess facility bills ranging Rs. 2500 to Rs. 3500. Classrooms are in good condition some have ACs most don't. There are also gyms in many hostels. There is a stadium. There is a fully equipped health center all for free. Canteens are there in every building with nominal prices.
Faculty: Professors are qualified and friendly. The teaching quality is excellent. There are 2 semesters, monsoon and winter, with 2 or 3 sessional exams and end sem. Course curriculum is up to date. There are many interactive sessions with Russian teachers and authors. Semester exams maintain a good level, pass percentage is better as the sessional passes by.
Other: This course is a good option if one is thinking of doing something different. I mean learning a language while in college will help you later get a job, which sounds good. If you get languages like Japanese, Korean, or Chinese packages are good, between 10 LPA-15 LPA. Some things can be improved like having more modern equipment for learning a language like language labs which are there in some languages not in most. All year many events happen that keep students engaged. The campus crowd is excellent everyone is interesting. Campus is in South Delhi good for connectivity. The campus is lush green with nilgais.

Satisfied with infrastructure, facilities, and teaching approach.
Placements: Placements rate is often too low for French hons course. The French is widely spoken around the world so there are not adequate amount of opportunities. Although, there are jobs of translation and interpretation often paying around 5 LPA-6 LPA. The best is to continue in French till Ph.D. and to be a professor at some university that's the best career option for Indian students.
Infrastructure: There are three buildings only for cultural and linguistic studies. Classrooms are big enough with comfortable benches and air-conditioners, campus has 24/7 Wi-Fi facility, 24/7 library, and reading rooms. There are language labs where students can translate real-time video and listen to real-time communication. Hostels also have 24/7 Wi-Fi facility, tasty food, and good infrastructure at their price. As the fee is only Rs. 268 so for that price the hostels and their facilities are excellent. There is a separate mess bill that amounts to around Rs. 3000 per month, it justifies its cost by taste.
Faculty: All the teachers here are Ph.D. scholars, they've been to foreign universities for their linguistic studies which makes them very skilled in their professions. They are very helpful, they keep an eye on every student, record performances, and schedule classes accordingly. The course is well designed with 4 core subjects like grammar, phonetics, communication approach, and culture. Teachers give a deep understanding of these subjects that makes students work ready for their respective country. Semester exams are medium to hard level, questions are from the syllabus only and there are grades system. C- is the minimum to pass in any subject.
Other: I wanted to learn French and make a career in this only. So I joined this university, the best in India for linguistic studies. There is a good environment for learning on campus. Enthusiastic students to share knowledge and fun with. There is a political environment too in campus, the whole year is happening. There are political events or college fests like Kallol that are ultimate fun.

The strange face of JNU.
Placements: Mostly 21 students are placed in some high MNCs after completing their masters degree. The average amount which mostly get is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Most of the students in their 3rd year get paid internships for the role of interpreter or translator before their degree.
Infrastructure: The living quality is okay compared to what we pay for but sometimes we don't have water in our dormitory and sometimes even Wi-Fi doesn't work. But the medical facility is good and free of any cost for students which is quite good. If you consider this is a government college.
Faculty: Teachers are very interactive, kind, and good. But few are not apart from the indefinite exam pattern, and nothing else disturbs. The exams are quite easy to pass if you attend classes and participate in class activities. It helps to learn language in more practical way.
Other: I would say that the students host intra-hostel, inter-school types of competition in sports from time to time. Also, there are freshers and farewell at each center so it's quite enjoyable to attend those.

I think JNU is the best university in India.
Placements: Placements in JNU are quite good as it is one of the best universities in India. The highest package for bachelor degrees last year was around 14 lakhs with the average package of 6 lakhs. We also have a placement cell on campus, Around 60% of students get internships in MNCs.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good for all students studying at JNU. We have a library, wifi on the whole campus, smart classroom. The quality of mess food is average and very affordable, with free medical facilities for all students as well as sports facilities and a stadium on campus.
Faculty: Professors at JNU are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They put a lot of effort into teaching. The curriculum is also relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult and the passing percentage is around 85-90%.
Other: JNU is the best college for students who want the best education at the cheapest price. College life is amazing here the crowd is very progressive and friendly and it's a very happening place
