JNU MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) offers full-time MTech courses. The two-year degree course is divided into four semesters. Admission to the offered MTech courses at JNU shall be through CUET-PG, conducted by NTA. Currently, the university is offering MTech in four specialisations.

STEP 1: JNU MTech Application Process 2025
Candidates need to apply online for admission to an MTech course at JNU. The step-wise JNU MTech application process is explained below for admission to the MTech programme:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA (nta.ac.in).

Jawaharlal Nehru University admissions 2026 is open. The university admission is expected to open in Jan/ Feb 2026. Studnets can apply directly through the online application. JNU New Delhi application is based through the online application.
The expected counselling rounds for the JEE Main counselling process could be conducted in 6 rounds going as per last year's counselling process. All candidates with a valid JEE Main score are eligible to participate in JoSSA for admission to various BTech courses. The counselling process includes registration, online filling and locking of choices, seat allotment, where students can choose between freeze, float or slide option, after which verification of documents is required and physical reporting to the allotted institution.
