STEP 2: Shortlisting of Students & Release of Merit List
JNTUH shortlists students for BTech through its TS EAMCET entrance exam. The merit lists are released by the state-level exam-conducting bodies of the qualified candidates.
STEP 3: Counselling
After the merit list release, selected students are called for counselling rounds. For admission to the BTech course, TS EAMCET Counselling takes place.
STEP 4: Seat Allotment & Admission Confirmation
As per the round of counselling, seats are allotted to the eligible students. Further, the selected students can confirm their admission by paying the course fees.

As per the scheme of the Government of Telangana, economically underprivileged students of BTech are provided financial assistance across the course duration. Every year, students receive a tuition fee amount, a special fee along with the mess fee (only for nine months).
