B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2026
5.0
Faculty is good. Environment is very good. 2026 placement is nice. 2025 full students are placed.
Placements: Placement is good, all the staff of the placement department are good. Major companies come for placement, like Deloitte, Infosys, etc. Before the placement session for a batch starts, a training is given. The placement office is ready to help anytime. They listen to our problem and give a solution.
Infrastructure: The college has a really good infrastructure. They even have some labs and facilities that most of the big colleges don't have. The hostel environment is also good. They are a bit strict regarding rules, otherwise, all the facilities are given, and proper care is taken of students.
Faculty: All the faculty are well-qualified and experienced. They explain things really nicely. The curriculum really aligns with recent trends and with the GATE curriculum, too. Semester exams are a bit more than moderate, but with good study, it is easy to clear. There are 3 internals plus end-of-semester exams.
Other: I chose Mechanical Engineering here because they have all the labs required for a Mechanical degree, plus all the labs have new technology equipment. Their curriculum is also very good and teaches things related to recent advancements.

Excellence of a Karunyan.
Placements: 90% of students got placements in top companies. I also got apprenticeship training at TNSTC Coimbatore under the National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) in 2019. Top recruiting companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Zoho, and others visited. So it's good to be educated at our college.
Infrastructure: All facilities are excellent on our campus. Especially, the quality of the facilities in our hostel is top-notch, and the mess facilities are also well-provided. Infrastructure available for courses, such as labs and classroom facilities, is also highly satisfying.
Faculty: Teachers played a vital role in the successful careers of each student. If we study well, exams will be easy in all semesters. The quality of teaching in classrooms and training provided in labs was most beneficial for students to gain more knowledge in academics.
Other: It has been my dream since childhood to pursue a course in mechanical engineering.

I am dissatisfied with the college.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed through campus placement. Companies like Accenture, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Byju's, etc., visit the campus for recruitment. The highest salary package offered was 21 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.32 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 3.2 LPA. Students got internships in steel plants, electricity boards, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. Key facilities like Wi-Fi enabled campus, a dedicated hospital, classrooms, a hostel for both boys and girls, multiple sports grounds, etc., are available. The quality of the hostel is up to the mark. Food served in the mess is also acceptable.
Faculty: Faculty members here were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. This course curriculum is relevant and helps students to prepare as per the industry needs. Semester exams are easy to pass with good grades. The pass percentage for our batch was above 60%.

Good infrastructure and enviroment .
Placements: 22 percent of the students got placed and the top recruiters were Perfect Electrical and Electronics Private Limited, SG pneumatics, Shrinath fabricators and smart training services. A student bagged a job in Maruti Suzuki with 20.25 LPA and the least package being 1.2 LPA with an average of 1.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college had decent hostels with good food. It provided various cuisines for students. Wi-Fi speed was satisfactory. The college had various courts for basketball, football, table tennis, badminton and hockey and had its own hospital SEESHA on the campus to take care of students.
Faculty: Teachers were always helpful to their students. Being a mechanical student, I am highly disappointed to tell that the college failed to arrange even a single industrial visit. College gives the necessary PLACEMENT BASED TRAINING for final years before they attend the written exam for companies that hire.
Other: The college had so many technical and non-technical events from time to time.

Food and education are good.
Placements: It is a good college, but the fee is a bit expensive. All courses are available, and engineering and arts are also available here. Accenture, CTS, Wipro, TCS and even core companies come here for placements. Almost 80% of the students got placed.
Infrastructure: The college has wonderful scenery and climate. The library is very big and air-conditioned, and all books are available. Students can use it till night 10 from morning 6, and there are no restrictions. It is a Christian minority college, so there are limited seats for other religion.
Faculty: Teaching is good, but not that great. All the subjects are covered in the course. The best part is we can choose our teachers and time table. Even industrial training was also provided a couple of times in L&T and other companies.

It is a good college to maintain the balance with your academics and spirituality.
Placements: On average, 15% of the students get placed every year. Some of the core companies like Amazon, Paytm, Mahindra, etc., visit our campus for recruitment. If you manage to keep a good CGPA with technical things, you can easily get placed. Always prefer for your grades, no matter what they say.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure compared with other colleges. It has a well-maintained library, lecture halls, labs, etc. Hostels are quite fun, and you'll find a lot of people from different places. So choose wisely.
Faculty: Syllabus of our college is quite easy compared to other engineering colleges. It is a deemed university, and if you're focusing well, you can grab high grades. Always keep good stats with faculty members who could be very crucial. Never get too reliant on anybody and keep your things intact.
Other: The college is situated in a scenic place, so there is a good nature all around.
