Had a great experience in college.

Placements: Highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, and lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Almost 75% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, and Microsoft. Around 65% of students got an internship. Top recruiting companies are web-developed and software-developed.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available 24 hours with high-speed internet at the college. Classrooms are good and neat. Labs have good equipment. Library has all the books. Hostel facilities are available at the college. Mess in the canteen. Medical facilities are good.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-experienced and knowledgeable. They have a lot of experience. Teaching quality is good and easy to understand for the students. Course curriculum is relevant, and it prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are difficult and the pass percentage is 65%.

Absolutely satisfied with good placements and faculty members.

Placements: Approximately 80 percent of students get placement every year. The highest salary package is INR 4.5 lakhs per annum. The average salary package is INR 2.7 lakhs per annum, and the lowest salary package is INR 2.3 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. There is no internship for students that is arranged by the college. Students are expected to do their internship on their own. The top roles offered for this course are technical leader, manager, HR, etc. This course is one of the best in this college, with the best infrastructure and facilities. This course's faculty members are extremely knowledgeable in comparison to other courses.

Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is so good. The wifi facilities are available throughout the campus. But that can be accessed only by faculty members. The classrooms are great, with lots of facilities. There are smart classes available for the students to improve their knowledge. There are two libraries with a lot of books and journals available for the students. They can simply access it with their identity card. The labs are so cool, with a lot of facilities and apparatus. The hostels' facilities are good, but the fee structure is slightly high. The canteen food is acceptable. There is a variety of food available. The college gives more importance to sports and games. The facilities for sports and games are so good.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are highly educated and knowledgeable. There are people helping students both online and offline. Some faculty members teaching quality is not understandable, and they insist that students mug up. The college curriculum is the best, and that makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are slightly difficult. But studying two days before exams leads to an easy pass. The pass percentage is 45, but the students should maintain their percentage above 70 for placements.

Other: I chose this course for good placements. The college provides the best placements for the students. There is a highly active cell to place the students. The best thing about this course is the highly educated faculty members. The college has to improve the teaching method and concentrate on practical sessions rather than theoretical ones. The events are conducted twice per year. The college cultural events are conducted once per year. There is no scholarship provided by this college for students. The campus is so large and surrounded by green trees. There are a lot of extracurricular activities for the students to do, and there are a lot of clubs that the students run, namely the dance club, the music club, etc.

It has a good environment. It does not organise fests and events.

Placements: About 30 to 40% of the students want to get placed in high paid jobs, but 10% of them will achieve their placement. About 30 to 40% of the students want to get placed in high paid jobs, but 20 to 25% of them will achieve their placement. About 5 to 6% of the students want to put their own companies or startup, but 1 to 2% of them will achieve their aim. About 30 to 40% of the students want to pursue higher studies in aboard, but 35% of them will achieve it. About 5 to 10% of the students want to pursue higher studies in Karunya, and all of them will do that in the same college. The highest salary package offered in our course is 19 LPA by Nutanix. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Nutanix, Zoho and Accenture visit our college for placements. The average salary package offered ranges between 4.5-6.2 LPA. About 30-50% of the students form our course got an internship in so many companies like Google.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is provided from 5 am to 11:55 pm, but many applications are blocked, but youtube will get enough bandwidth to watch videos of 1080p. Each lab consists of 70 systems which are of Dell with all the applications on Windows 7 as a virtual environment. In some systems, it provides Windows 10 Pro. There are some special labs like IBM centre with 32 GB ram and Windows 10 pro OS with the best servers from IBM. In software development lab there are Dell systems with 32 GB ram and Ubuntu with the latest version. Cisco lab has the best switches, which are not used by every student. In computer technology center you can work with NVIDIA DGX station, which is the world's fastest workstation for leading-edge Al development. There are 4 types of messes which provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, i.e., South Indian mess, North Indian mess, Kerala mess and NRI mess. Quality of food served is not that much good. Canteens and hotels around the college are good because you will get both western and local food. For sports and games, 1st and 2nd-year hostels students will have combined grounds. It also provides combined grounds for 3rd and 4th-year students. There is one indoor stadium, and each hostel has one gym inside the hostel. For medical facilities, our college has a hospital named Seesha, which is good and maintained-well.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are PhD holders, and they have a minimum number of publications. Some teachers are helpful. All the teachers are qualified, but only half are ready to help students in academics. Karunya follows choice based credit system which is regulated by AICTE. Students who opt for higher studies in aboard will be more benefitted. The main problem in our college is it does not make the students industry-ready, and it does not provide industry exposure.

Other: Very few numbers of events, fests and extracurricular activities are conducted. In the name of Christian minority college, they will say a lot of university norms.

Other: After completing my B.Tech. degree in southern Tamilnadu, Karunya University was a great boon for me and my career. From day one in Karunya, I started learning new things. It has excellent hostel facilities, amenities, state-of-art computing facilities, and especially the department of computer science and engineering has the specialized labs such as Cisco center for networking, IBM for big data, Novell for cloud computing as so on. The central library is really huge. The automation system is excellent. Faculty members are really competent enough and friendly. They do help us a lot. Truly, I learned discipline in Karunya. Now I understand the students of Karunya excel not only in their studies but also in communication skills as well. Moreover, they are preferred by the industries for their loyalty towards the company where they are working.
