Yes, the aspirants of PG Diploma courses are required to take the PG Entrance Exam conducted by the office of CSSAC, University of Kerala. There is no provision for re-examination under any circumstances. The questions asked in the test are Multiple Choice Questions. In addition, negative marking is applicable and 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong response. The response sheets are further either digitally checked or by an examiner's panel, which is approved by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor. Candidates can take the test by completing the application process by visiting the university website.

The form for admission to the Institute of Management in Kerala, University of Kerala will be out in the month of January and the last date to apply for admission will be the first week of March, after that admissions are completely closed for that particular session. The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. University of Kerala conducts an entrance exam for PG courses.
