The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. University of Kerala conducts an entrance exam for PG courses. For most of the UG programmes, admission is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. For MBA, the university accepts national or state-level entrance exams such as CAT,  CMAT and KMAT. Among all the courses, the most competitive course was MD in Pulmonary Medicine and MD in Radiotherapy was the least competitive course. Likewise, for the OBC AI category, the Round 2 cutoff for MS in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) was 14108. Placements: The university provides placement opportunities to qualified students. The fee structure depends on the student's position in the company and their work and skills. Salary range lies between 20-30k. Top recruiters are universities, corporate libraries, government agencies, and research organizations. The top roles are librarians, information specialists, and knowledge managers. Internships are also offered to eligible and skilled students.
Infrastructure: The university has enough classrooms and various lab rooms for different subjects. Wi-Fi service is available on campus. Classrooms and labs are well-equipped. A huge library room with a sufficient amount of relevant books is there. The food quality of the canteen is tasty and hygienic and the price is reasonable. Boys and girls' hostel provides facilities like water and electricity supply, Wi-Fi service and security. An auditorium is there for any seminars, events, and programs. A gym is there. Medical facility is provided by the university. The playground is available on the campus where cricket and football matches outdoor games events and annual sports take place for the students and the faculty.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable and they teach the students using an easier way. Their teaching quality is undoubtedly top-notch.
