Review of Mar Gregorios College of Law.
Placements: The college does have a placement program. It is mainly in companies that have a law department. I don't specifically know the companies but I have heard it offers great exposure. Companies like Technopark, UST, etc., visit the college to hire students. The package starts from Rs. 20,000 per month and maybe above according to our profile. My personal goal after the course is to practice law as an advocate and then go for the judgeship program.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. I personally love the campus. It is very eco-friendly and green. There are a lot of trees and plants adding to the ambiance. Classrooms are big enough to fit up to 70 students. Every classroom has a projector which allows teachers to present the study materials. The college library is one of the best parts of the college. The library is big enough and has a wide collection of academic books. It has one of the biggest collections of law books in Kerala too.
Faculty: There are enough faculty members in the law subjects but the non law subjects faculty members are only a few. There are some very great faculty members too. Most of them are very understanding and very friendly. They provide an easy understanding of language and teaching methods. They provide enough study materials to pass the subjects. Each semester has 3-5 university exams depending on which course we opt for. There are also 2 internal exams plus seminars and assignments for the internal marks. Attendance is also required for internal marks.
Other: The college has enough fests every year. It organises Christmas, Onam, and the annual day. It also has an ethnic day and food fest which are held in the middle of February. The sports day is also held in January. It also conducts extracurricular activities like academic competitions like moot courts, MUN, etc.

Facility are well qualified and experienced. Placement opportunities are really low.
Placements: Only three students out of almost 200 students got placed in my college. They were hired by Wipro . The package is around 6LPA average. They were hired as legal advisors in the company. This was the first time in the history of the college that a placement had taken place. Now there is a placement cell in the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructures available are below average. There is no Wi-Fi facility. The library is one of the best libraries in any law schools in Kerala. The college is famous for its library facility. Classrooms are good. There are no hostel facilities for boys, but there is good hostel facility for girls.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They are very friendly and approachable to students. Most of them are well experienced and have experience teaching in government colleges. The course curriculum is great theoretically, but students lack practical knowledge. The semester exams are not that difficult, but the pass percentage is 50%.

A college for those who wish to study in a practical way and by their own skills and build charac .
Placements: Kerala Law Academy is mainly based on character development and practical knowledge development. Rate of placements from the college is low. There are many of them who have acquired special positions in judiciary and many other important positions in the field of law. Many alumni from our college have proved their quality and skill in a variety of fields, both in law related and other. The wide range of internships that are provided by the college is one of the main reasons for selecting Kerala Law Academy. They provide a variety of internship options in many departments and many firms which will increase the level of skill and knowledge at the end of the day.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old as it is one of the first privatized law colleges in Kerala. They are starting to improve the infrastructure. One of the best thing of the college is that it has a newly launched educational theatre and our college is the first law college to have a educational theatre in India. There is a well maintained ground and hostel facilities are only available to ladies.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum is nice but exam may be lagged because of the university. The way they teach is different and mainly based on practical knowledge and not learning from textbooks. The facilities are well trained and groomed professionals. It also has a supportive management.
Other: Our college has a wide range of political parties and have different programmes are conducted both by these parties and the management. Really supportive and friendly seniors. It is an anti-ragging campus.

All you need to know about the Kerala Law Academy Law College.
Placements: Kerala Law Academy Law College is situated in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram is like no other college we've seen. It is a place where we learn to live, accept, and be the best version of ourselves. One peculiar thing about this college is that we learn to be independent whatever we become is the fruit of our own doing. The survival strategy of the institution helps develop the will-power, consistency, and dedication of the students for sure. There are numerous prominent alumni in the litigation, judiciary, business, and political fields. Many practising criminal lawyers, prosecutors, and public pleaders are the prodigies of the institution. They excel in their fields only because they've learned to survive and admit all the rivalries, and the competition is back in their time of learning.
Infrastructure: The college offers hostel facilities only to the ladies currently. There are two well-established hostels with the best infrastructural facilities. Every inmate is provided with a bed, a study table, and a cupboard of their own. The hostel inmates are allowed to decide their own menus and the food mess is handled by the students themselves. The average cost of the stay amounts to around Rs.3500 per month. The inmates are permitted to go out only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They're obliged to return to the hostel by 6 PM. Every other day, they're permitted to stay at the college premises until 6 PM.
Faculty: The faculty team of the institution is experienced and dedicated to their jobs. The teaching qualities are standard and the scholars are given their space to explore the course by their own self research. The standard class timings of the institution are from 9 AM to 1 PM. The students are permitted to conduct research studies at the college library up until 6 PM. Apart from this, the college also provides for a reading room to encourage students to develop and maintain reading habits and enrich their vocabulary. The institution is well known for its extracurricular activities like moot courts, legal aids clinic, legal research programs, national and international conferences, seminars, arts, and sports. The hosting and the functioning of every programme is headed by the students themselves with the support of the teachers and that helps the students to get more exposure and to boost their confidence and skills.

A good college for people, loving campus.
Placements: There are a lot of good opportunities in my college like moot courts and clients. So, the students have a good record in C.V, and they can be placed in good firms. About 50 percent students are placed. The salary may vary from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 50,000. All the roles are related to studies and politics. 90 percent of the students got the internship from college. No Stipend is offered because a petition is filed in High Court regarding stipend and grant.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the library. There is no lab available. A Big library is there. Medical facilities are less. A big ground is there for sports and games, but nowadays, the college is not participating in university level competitions. There is a girls hostel inside the campus, and there is no boys hostel. Very good classrooms are available. Good food in the canteen. Good rooms for girls in their hostel are available. The bathroom facilities are not better.
Faculty: A helpful faculty group is there in the college. They are qualified and knowledgeable. They teach orally. There is no industry exposure. The course curriculum is very helpful. A good moot court society and client consulting teaching is also given to students.
