The NEET MDS 2026 application form is likely to be released in Feb 2026 for KGMU admission to MDS and PG Diploma (Dental) courses.

- The NEET UG 2025 counselling process is now over for admission to all UG-level medical courses, with the announcement of final results for round 5.
- The NEET PG 2025 counselling registration for round 3 is open for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses. The last date to register is Jan 26, 2026, and the result will be declared on Jan 29, 2026.

For admission to a three-year MD course at KGMU, there is basic eligibility criteria as per NBE norms. Admissions to this course is based on NEET PG scores. To appear for this entrance exam and admission to MD is offered to those who hold MD degree from a university recognised by Medical Council of India with minimum 55% aggregate in the case of General & OBC categories. No, candidates are not allowed to get admission to the MBBS course at KGMU without NEET scores. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pursue an MBBS degree in India without passing the NEET exam. To get selected by King George Medical University for the MBBS course, candidates must qualify for certain eligibility criteria from which the first one is candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCB stream with a minimum of 50% scores.
