Apart from all the UG courses offered by Lovely Professional University, it also offers a two-year full-time B.Ed programme. B.Ed admission to LPU is completely based on the merit of candidates' performance in the last qualifying exam. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria of the programme along:

-A minimum of 50% aggregate in a UG or PG degree in Science/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce or equivalent or at least 55% aggregate in BTech/ BE with specialisation in Science/ Mathematics or equivalent Candidate must have studied the subject of the subject combination for at least three years at bachelor’s level or 2 years at master’s level or criteria of awarding board/ university is taken into consideration. There is a 5% relaxation for SC/ ST candidates and 3% for OBC candidates. Candidates belonging to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants are eligible for 5% relaxation. |

LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based. Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.
LPU University offers modern amenities with a state-of-the-art infrastructure to its undergraduate and postgraduate students. With a campus area of around 600 acre of land, LPU offers a number of other facilities to its students apart from regular facilities such as labs and well-equipped classrooms. If you ask me, Both the colleges are good. But if you have to select one then its better considering a few factors. LPU has got NAAC A+ accreditaion while CU has got NAAC A+ accreditation. LPU has great placement records than most of the private universities too and the camus is comparitively huge.
