A short summary about LPU from the Batch of 2021-24.

Placements: The placement percentages at SoE and LPU range from 70–90%. Some of the top recruitment companies in the education field are: schools, evaluation institutions, subject matter experts, coaching centres, and NGOs. The top roles offered are school teacher, educational administration, academic counsellor, and freelance. The lowest package starts around 2–3 LPA and goes till 17–19 LPA.

Infrastructure: LPU is known for its extensive and modern facilities that cater to the diverse needs of each individual. Classrooms are equipped with digital boards, projectors, and audio-visual aids. High-speed WI-FI is available throughout the campus. Thousands of books, journals, and research theses are available in the central library as well as in each department. Clean, well-maintained hostel facilities for separate boys and girls. On-campus hospital, 24*7.

Faculty: Faculty members at LPU are known to be approachable and supportive. Many teachers also act as mentors, guides, and facilitators both inside and outside of the classroom. LPU recruits faculty with strong educational backgrounds, and faculty members are supposed to be engaged in continuous professional development.

Other: I chose the Integrated B.Ed. M.Ed. Course for its efficient pathway to advanced teaching qualifications and comprehensive training. The best aspects are the intensive, well-rounded curriculum (totally mapped with all kinds of competitive exams) and opportunities for professional growth. However, I wish they made us also involved in events, despite our continuous attendance at 9–5 classes.

The high exposure place where real education is imparted.

Placements: The placements in schools of education were limited this year and did not suit everyone's needs. Normally, placements are done in highly prestigious schools, may they be residential, regular, convent or many more. When it comes to people like me who had to have a job at a particular place, my needs were not met.

Infrastructure: Yes, the infrastructure is pretty good and all those things that are not normally available in colleges are there. Teacher trainees like us get to practice smartboards during simulation classes. There's a lot more than average colleges. As I was a day scholar, no hostel was taken .

Faculty: The faculty at Max is really good, highly qualified, and true guides; the curriculum is extremely efficient, which makes us grow out to be so much better versions of ourselves. The examinations are totally MCQ-based, except for two subjects in the last semester, which were MCQ+theory-based. Lots of academic benefits in terms of upgrading scores in return for cracking exams are available.

LPU B.Ed Eligibility & Highlights 2026

Apart from all the UG courses offered by Lovely Professional University, it also offers a two-year full-time B.Ed programme. B.Ed admission to LPU is completely based on the merit of candidates' performance in the last qualifying exam. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria of the programme along:

-A minimum of 50% aggregate in a UG or PG degree in Science/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce or equivalent or at least 55% aggregate in BTech/ BE with specialisation in Science/ Mathematics or equivalent

Candidate must have studied the subject of the subject combination for at least three years at bachelor’s level or 2 years at master’s level

or criteria of awarding board/ university is taken into consideration. There is a 5% relaxation for SC/ ST candidates and 3% for OBC candidates. Candidates belonging to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants are eligible for 5% relaxation.

Q: Will I get a direct admission in LPU with 65 % marks in Class 12?

LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based. Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

Q: How much is the LPU NEST 2026 application fee?

LPU NEST application form fee for a soft copy of the LPU NEST 2026 Kit is INR 1000 for boys and girls. The printed copy of the LPU NEST Kit is available for INR 1500 for boys and girls. The application fee can be paid online if the application form is filled out online. The application fee can be given as a demand draft if the application form is submitted offline. If the DD is not enclosed or DD is wrongly drawn, the application form will not be accepted. The application fee has to be paid to submit the application form.

Really good infrastructural facilities, 80% students placed in 2023

Placements: 80% students got placement. The highest package was 9.0 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Bhavans School Dubai, Prayas Vidya Mandir, Orissa, Galaxy education system Gujarat, Cambridge International School and many more. Many students got paid internships

Infrastructure: All Labs are well equipped. Hostel are good, quality of food is also good and medical facilities are also available. Consultation is free of cost. Sports and games facilities are available here. Wi-Fi facility is available. Classrooms are fully AC and well equipped

Faculty: All doctorate faculty is teaching. Yes, the course curriculum is making the students industry ready. 100% students passed. The whole curriculum is mapped with CTET syllabus and make the students able to qualif their CTET in their first attempt only.

It is the best college for students.

Placements: The arrangements in our college are very agreeable. Understudies got abundant freedoms to go to arrangements in different great organizations and snatch fair compensation bundles. The college is superb. You cannot find a college in India like LPU.

Placements: About 89% of the students from our college are placed. It is a nice college, and I like this college. The college atmosphere is very good. It will really help us get a bright future after completing our studies in LPU. Mainly the placements are from Google, etc.

Infrastructure: The college provides free Wi-Fi facility, great lab, and the canteen is preparing good foods. Rooms are very nice, and it's a good place to spend our 4 years. Wi-Fi speed is very high and being with friends that place will be great. We can enjoy, and there are many places in LPU. I really recommend all to LPU, and the hostel is too good. Classrooms, labs, everything is good.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful. They made me win, and the teachers are great and well qualified. They made us study. Teachers will not scold students regarding academics, etc. The way they are teaching is different. Students also study in abroad.
