For MJPRU BTech course admissions, candidates must pass JEE Main entracce with a valid score. This is a national-level entrance exam conducted for all the BTech aspirants. Candidates who are willing for admission to a four-year BTech course at MJPRU must fulfil the basic education requirements as per the university's norms. Candidates who passed a Class 12 with Physics, Chemitry & Mathematics as their subjects are eligible to apply for MJPRU BTech admissions for the first year. However, students who are still appearing in the final examinations of Class 12 will also be able to apply. MJPRU prefers JEE Main rank for BTech admissions. If seats remain vacant, canidates will be shortlisted based on their scores obtained in Class 12. 

The fee structure at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University for BTech programme is INR 1.65 lakh- INR 3.01 lakh. The university fee only inculdes the tuition fee in the fee structure. MJRPU hostel and mess fee is not added in the fee structure.
