My college is good. I get daily new opportunities to learn new things.

Placements: Approximately 90-95% of the students at the college got placed. The highest package is 24.8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for a course are MAQ Software, TCS, Infosys, etc. 100% of the students from my course got internships from university at companies like TCS, MAQ Software, and Infosys. Top roles offered in my course are software engineering and AI specials.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college is above the level. I have everything that is present in my course. The labs are available in the college. Wi-Fi is also working good. Classrooms are highly advanced. The main part of my college is library, which is peaceful, spacious, and full of study materials. The hostel facilities are also very good. Fresh and tasty food is available in the mess. Medical facilities are available for emergencies. Sports area is also good for extracurricular activities, and we can play games.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are well-qualified. Teachers are well qualified and have high qualifications. The course curriculum is also relevant, and it does make students industry-ready. The semester exams at the college are quite difficult. But with the help of the study material that is provided by the teacher, the exams look easy.

Other: I chose this course because I found that there is a high scope in the field of CS and AI. I think everything in my college is already good. The only thing that can be improved is the focus of the student, which depends on themselves. Events, fests, campus, crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, and extracurricular activities are also excellent.

I'm dissatisfied by the management, no qualified faculty, and poor placements.

Placements: No placement only sales companies come on campus. The training and placement cell does a little work on bringing the companies on campus. No NOC is given even if a student cracks an internship even if the dean harass the young students and provides no room for growth.

Infrastructure: No hostels are being provided especially to the engineering students some may get the hostel as 2 boys hostels are mainly for management or law students. The course is also self-finance so they stay outside the campus and struggle all 4 years.

Faculty: Cheating in exams is prevalent and no extracurriculars and no sports are conducted. There are some motivated students who try to do something but they also get stuck in the system of the college. No sports facilities are provided. The main reason is the college closes at 4:00 PM so what can you expect.

Other: No professors. The majority of teachers are guest faculty with little knowledge of the domain.

Best university of Uttar Pradesh.

Placements: The placement is limited. Last year's highest placement was 26 LPA which was off-campus. According to our placement cell average was 7 LPA. But the most important thing is very less companies visit here so you have to work hard for off-campus placement.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our course is basic with a basic lab and an advanced AI lab recently opened. No Wi-Fi, library is good, and no 24/7 library available. Hostels are well-equipped with all the basic needs. You are given a hostel only if you are in the top listed students because there are limited seats in the hostel. In any semester if you get 1 back or more you will have to leave the hostel.

Faculty: Most of the teachers in the core branches are good but computer science lacks industrial knowledge and the latest technology. Semester exams are not that tough. Our curriculum is now changed according to the NEP so it is the latest syllabus. The passing percentage is 40% of the total marks.

Other: There is a fest named Sanskriti Surabhi organized by the LUCSE club as an annual fest. This is a government college and there is no attendance requirement. You have plenty of time for external hustle.

Average college, improving.

Placements: 60-70% of students are placed in low-paying jobs, averaging around 4-5 LPA. The highest package was 26 LPA, achieved by an ECE student from the batch of 2025 (he secured this by cracking GSOC, and I believe that the college played no role; it was all his hard work). There are no major tech recruiters. Regarding internships, faculty are reluctant to provide Letters of Recommendation (LoR), and you'll need to spend considerable time in the in-charge's office. Only a few professors assist with various matters.

Infrastructure: The faculty is small but improving in infrastructure, with new AI tools introduced that are beneficial for students in AI/ML. There is no Wi-Fi available throughout the campus or in the faculty. Classes are decent but non-air-conditioned (except for the seminar hall, labs, and staff/faculty room). There is no dedicated hostel for B.Tech students (boys); Kautilya Hall (which is for BBA and MBA) accommodates 30-35 B.Tech students. Washing machines and geysers are available, and rooms are triple-occupancy. Wi-Fi is accessible (but slow). The food is average, and non-vegetarian options are not provided by the hostel. The overall cost for the hostel plus mess is about 55k for one year. If you're into sports, you might be disappointed.

Faculty: Only a few professors are helpful; most of the teachers here are on contract and do not hold Ph.D. degrees. The new education policy has been implemented, so the curriculum is good, but the availability of qualified professors remains an issue. Exams are fair (not too easy and not overly difficult), but subject comprehension relies heavily on the professors. Overall, students will need to study independently.

Other: The campus crowd is decent due to other facilities (like Management and Law). There are no major events (only an annual event, Sanskriti Surbhi, organized each year). Due to a low percentile, I felt compelled to attend this college and chose AI out of interest. Improvements needed: better professors and less politics.

Placements: Placement records are good. College can provide you with an average package if your academic as well as skillset is maintained. One can join TPC which is the Training and Placement Cell for better opportunities in the placement program case it increases your network.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility is average and the internal infrastructure of hostel is not good but hostel food is good whereas cleaning in a hostel is regular every 3 days in each room. Infrastructure of the college is good compared to other government universities.

Faculty: Faculty members in college are helpful and have a vast knowledge of their subject they also sometimes help you to get internships whereas extracurricular activities are very regularly conducted in our college. One can have a sports competition every 3 months which involves most of the sports.
