    Satisfied with staff members.
Placements: About 20% of students have been placed in this course. The highest package is 15 LPA. The average package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are consulting firms like Deloitte, Accenture, and KPMG, as well as Google, Apple, and Microsoft. All the students got internships. Top roles offered are market analysis and financial advisory.
Infrastructure: The university covers an area of 15 acres. The building is well-designed and maintained. The classrooms are designed with 4.0 teaching technology and also provide Wi-Fi facilities in every class and hall. The hostel also provides good facilities like fresh food, gym, Wi-Fi, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are supportive and qualified. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is also relevant and makes the students ready to work in companies and industries. The semester exams are easy to pass, and the pass percentage is 40% in each subject.
Other: I opt for this course because I want to enhance my skills in marketing and chart analysis. The campus also organizes fests and extracurricular activities. The campus is crowded enough, and the surrounding is also a learning environment.

The place where we get best lessons of life.
Placements: I get the opportunity to complete my internship from Airtel Guwahati in marketing, where I got the opportunity to know real-world corporate work. Also, they offer me a full-time job after seeing my performance. I am just a 2025 passout. In the current job market, it is difficult to get a job. College T&P tried their hard to place. Max package is 12.5 LPA, and the minimum package was 2.5 LPA. ICICI Bank, Federal Bank are top hiring companies. Many GD and interviews are taken in the hiring process.
Infrastructure: I like the city; it is a nature-friendly and calm place. Big, beautiful, and peaceful campus. Students from across India is find here. Amenities are good. Mostly, we have work at computer labs. There, high-speed internet and amenities are provided. The college library has restricted timing, but we can also take books to the hostel. The hostel feels good, but rooms are small and smell very bad. But food options are good for non-veg, veg options are limited. The sports ground is not big but good.
Faculty: It has a 2-year course, and every year we have 2 semesters, so a total of 4 semesters. For the first year, we learn everything about HR and finance, but in the 2nd year, only marketing subjects are taught. Subjects like human resource management, financial analysis, etc. Teachers are best, very supportive. Most teachers can't understand Hindi. English is preferred among all students. Semester exams are difficult. We have to go through all test cases and theory in order to get good credit. It also includes internal and final exams.
Other: College fees is 2.5 lakh. It includes hostel and mess food. It affordable than many colleges.

Review of NIT Silchar - National Institute of Technology.
Placements: Till now, 60 percent are placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, with an average of 6 LPA and the lowest 4 LPA. Top companies are Amul, ITC, Berger Paints, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Raychem, Star Cement, etc. The role offered maximum is management trainee. Not many internships came to the campus.
Infrastructure: Our department's infrastructure is good. Everything is provided within the department. Hostel facility is also good, but hostel food is not good. On the campus, medical facilities are available, and there is a sports complex for outdoor and indoor games. Wi-Fi facility is available in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and their teaching quality is also good. The course mainly focuses on theoretical knowledge. Exams are not that tough. Practical and case study-based questions are there. Yes, this course is relevant for those who want to pursue MBA with minimum fees.
Other: There are many events organized by different departments frequently. 2 main fests are organized by the college (Tecnoesis and Incandescence).

    Full of corruption, dissatisfied.
Placements: The placement record was disappointing, with the highest salary being 13.5 LPA and the lowest being 2.5 LPA. Only 70% of the students were placed, and 60% of them received salaries below 5 LPA, mostly in sales profiles with small companies. Only a few companies like Federal Bank, Honda, Dabur India, Amul, Kotak, and ESF offered good profiles and packages. The average package was just 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The lack of suitable classrooms and meeting rooms, along with a non-functional projector and absence of air conditioning for the past two years, coupled with unhygienic washrooms and inadequate seating for 50 students, highlight the substandard conditions. Additionally, there is a prevalent issue of corruption and a significant number of faculty members lacking the necessary qualifications to effectively teach, with no provision for extra certifications.
Faculty: Only a handful of faculty members provide support, while the majority seem indifferent. The funding allocated is concentrated in a few individuals' hands, and many faculty members lack effective teaching skills. The curriculum, although somewhat satisfactory, heavily emphasizes theory without practical application. Consequently, students receive inadequate hands-on experience and insufficient theoretical knowledge. Achieving high marks is relatively effortless in this environment.
Other: Corruption is on a very high level; all seniors are part of that, so no one says anything about it.

    Satisfied with the placement.
Placements: Almost 70-80% of students got placed. The highest package is of 10 LPA and the lowest package is of 3.5 LPA. Byju's and Bandhan Bank were the top recruiting companies. 100% of the students got internship from MBA in different companies from various sectors like Amul, Coffee Day, ITC, Karvey, ONGC etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is of very good quality. WLAN connectivity is available 24*7 in both hostel and department. Classrooms are of excellent quality. Dedicated classrooms for each specialisation. Ample amount of books are available in the library for each subjects. Other than that mess food was good enough. Canteens are also available till late night.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well qualified. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is very much relevant and it makes the students ready for the industry. Only drawback was lack of industrial visit as was promised earlier. It may happen if the faculty show little more interest in industrial visit.
Other: The best thing about MBA is that it got me a decent job. Other than studies, NIT Silchar campus is best way to end the academic life. The fests, various events, campus life all are pretty enjoyable. No-one will ever feel bored in this lovely campus.
