One of the best college for Msc in Economics.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placements. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, the average salary package offered was around 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The top recruiting firms for our college are Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and HDFC Bank. About 65% of students who applied for internships got internships through our university. The top roles offered here are Data Analyst, Economic Consultant, and Policy Analyst.
Infrastructure: Our college has many facilities, including excellent Wi-Fi connectivity, digital classrooms, and a well-stocked library with a huge collection of books. The lab is well maintained with the latest technology. The food is good. The medical facilities are good. The college gyms were also good they really encourage and encourage students who are really interested in sports.
Faculty: The teachers in the department are very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable. They make the students understand the topic deeply and easily. This allows students to interact positively with teachers and develop interest in the topics. Semester examinations are conducted by the teacher in an efficient and timely manner. The study schedule is appropriate. About 70% of students pass the exams.

Placements: 80 percent of our programme alumnus have found positions in well known firms like HSBC, EY, KPMG and Capgemini. The salary offers vary ranging notably from the top offer being 8 LPA to an average of 6 LPA. Quarter of students who sought internship through the University were able to secure valuable positions. Noteworthy roles obtained include those of risk analyst and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Our campus offers a blend of academic excellence and activities. Students can indulge in various sports such as badminton, table tennis, football and basketball thanks to the well equipped facilities. Our department is carefully designed to support aspiring analysts and computer labs are easily accessible to all the students. There are specifically dedicated labs for computer related tasks providing ample resources for students of that field.
Faculty: The applied Economic programme focuses on aligning its curriculum with industry requirements, especially in the last two semesters, to equip students with practical skills for workforce. The faculty members are highly qualified there have been occasional issues with adequate support and some instances of elitism and bias. The salary package ranges from impressive, with the highest offer of 8 LPA, to an average of around 6 LPA, with a minimum package of 5.5 LPA. Additionally, around 25% of students who applied for internships through the university landed valuable opportunities. Notably, roles include risk analyst and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Our campus is heaven for both academic and recreational pursuits. Sporting facilities like badminton courts, a TT room, a football ground and basketball courts cater to the athletic interests of students. Moreover, the departments are meticulously structured to nurture aspiring analysts, complements are meticulously structured to nurture aspiring analysts, and computer labs are accessible to all. Two computer-specialized labs are available.

Review of Presidency University, Kolkata.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placements. HSBC, BRIDGEi2i, TCS, HDFC Bank and many others came for recruiting, and they offered roles like financial managers and many other posts. The highest score in our batch is 9.5, which is very good. Almost all the students got placements after the last semester.
Infrastructure: All the necessary infrastructure is available here. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and the library are very good. You can get any book from the library, and they have a huge stock. Our college has a football ground and a basketball ground, and you can also play badminton and table tennis.
Faculty: There are 8 professors in our course. They are teaching very well, and they are very helpful and well-qualified. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult if you study from the beginning. You have to get 20 out of 50 on every paper.

The lowest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our college are HSBC, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, etc. About 25% of the students who have applied for internships got internships through our university. Top roles offered here are risk analyst, business analyst and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Our university has a great campus, and it is greatly facilitated with sports like badminton court, TT room, football ground, basketball court, etc. The department is extremely well structured to groom budding analysts, along with having a computer lab for all the students. There are two specialised computer labs to do research projects by M.Sc final semester students and PhD scholars.
Faculty: The course curriculum of applied economics is really commendable and suitable to make students industry-ready, especially the course curriculum of the final two semesters. Teachers here are highly qualified but not always helpful. The department has extremely snob and biased teachers. However, the department arranges a set of lectures by a few distinguished visiting professors from all over the world. Those professors are invited to teach a specialisation paper in a particular semester, which will be surely a great benefit for students who are very much interested in learning.
Other: It is the only course available on applied economics and is one of the best courses for economics students who are aspiring for corporate placements. Our college always organises events like musical shows, concerts, open-air performance, talk shows, film promotions, political speeches and extra-curricular activities like tournaments, which make the campus intoxicating for students.
