To be considered for SPA Delhi PhD admissions, students must fill out the application form. The applications for the PhD programme are made available by the institute throughout the year. Candidates aspiring to take admission can apply by visiting the official website of the institute and paying an application fee of INR 2,500. Candidates who have passed a master's degree in any of the courses conducted by the School/ Integrated master's degree course or its equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent GPA are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. Aspirants who have passed B.Arch, BPlan or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with at least 80% or 8.0 GPA or equivalent grade with at least three years experience can also apply.
