Candidates seeking Madras University admission must submit the online application form. To submit the form successfully, students are required to upload scanned copies of certain documents. Below are the required documents:

University of Madras accepts TANCET scores for admission to its MBA courses. This test is conducted by Anna University. The university released the exam schedule. As per that, Anna University conducted the TANCET 2025 exam on Mar 22, 2025.
Madras University offers MBA (Regular & Self-supportive) programme at the postgraduate level. The University of Madras offers this programme for a duration of two-year in a full-time mode. Madras University MBA admission 2022 is completely entrance-based. The university has not officially released the placement data 2023. Although, NIRF has released the placement data 2023. As per the Madras University rule book, all students must have 75% and above attendance for appearing for the university exams. (Theory/Practical). If a Student fails to have the minimum attendance, the principal shall approve the shortage of attendance up to a maximum limit of 10% after collecting the prescribed fee of INR 250 each for Theory/Practical exams separately. Madras University uses a merit-based admission process for its M.Sc. Medical Microbiology program, based on marks in the qualifying undergraduate degree. While the university doesn't have a specific entrance exam for this program, it does use entrance exams like TANCET for other courses such as MBA
