  • National Exit Test (NExT) is a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain the license to practice medicine in India. The exam is to be held in two steps to check theoretical and practical knowledge of candidates. Once implemented, NExT will replace multiple exams including NEET PG and FMGE.

    You have to give the entrance for this and only a few seats are available for it if you get admission in a government college, the fee would be around INR 70,000/year in a government college, and in private colleges, INR 8,00000/year or more. The fee structure also depends on the university.

    Hello, CBSE is the central examination conducting body for admission into MBBS BDS and other allied courses. The screening examinations are no more conducted at university level.
