Students must clear their previous qualifying examination and appear for the prescribed entrance test for the particular course they are interested in. MU admissions accept entrance exams, such as CUET, MHT CET, MAH CET, JEE Main, NEET, and CMAT, among others.
The first MU college merit list 2025 for undergraduate admissions has been released for several affiliated colleges.
Students need to first visit the official website of the college they applied to as each affiliated college releases its merit list on its own portal and then navigate to the “Admissions 2025–26” or the 'Merit List' section which is typically featured as a banner or in the latest announcements section. Students can then check their name and other details in the MU merit list 2025.
The affiliated courses to Mumbai University accepts MHT CET exam. To get into the colleges, the Mumbai University cutoff 2024 for the CSE course stood at 27.66 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the Information Technology course, the MHT CET cutoff stood between 2.47 and 95.27. Moreover, BE in Aritificial Intelligence cutoff stood at 68.94 for the General AI quota.
