A great value for money and the best ROI college in Mumbai.
Placements: The number of companies visiting the campus is good. More than 100 companies visit the college on campus for recruitment. Companies like Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Mondelez, GEP, Godrej, ITC, etc., recruit students. The average package offered is 8 LPA. We also have some international placements in our batch.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure. All classrooms have ACs and smartboards. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. At some places, the internet is an issue, or else it is fine. The canteen could be better. Students who have their own vehicles may face challenges in parking. IES also has a well-stocked library.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and are available to guide any one of us anytime. Faculty/ alumni mentoring is a big advantage, so students can open up and discuss any issues with the faculty. An alumni always help to guide us in thick and thin. Faculty members come from industry and share their life experiences.
Other: The study tour to Dubai was very well-organised. All company visits are done professionally without compromising on the fun element. The Bloomberg lab is a big advantage for students to learn concepts with practical knowledge.

Satisfied because of placement opportunities.
Placements: Till now, around 65% students are placed in our batch. There are many placements for marketing, which is my specialisation. The highest package is around 25 LPA, and the average is 9-10 LPA. There were many banks which came to recruit. Sales and KAM were the top roles offered in marketing.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with high-tech screens and very fast Wi-Fi. Apart from that, the library also has a very large offering. The hostel has very few rooms, so not every student might be able to get one. Apart from the classroom, they also have a Bloomberg lab and a TEDx lab where student can discuss their start-up ideas with the faculty members and make prototypes.
Faculty: All the faculty members are extremely professional and helpful. You can approach them anytime; moreover, they also go out of their way to bring industry specials for guest lectures. The course curriculum might not be the most up-to-date, but it still helps with interviews and applying to companies. The semester exams are not very difficult. If you have paid attention in class. The past percentage is 35 to 40%.
Other: I chose PGDM marketing because I've heard that the faculty is very accomplished in their fields, and also because the placements are top-notch.

Placements: The placement record of the course is 100 percent. The highest package offered is 24 LPA, and the average package offered is 11.17 LPA. The top recruiting companies like Dezerv, Crisli, ICICI Bank, Motilal Oswal, General Mills, Jio Creative Labs, etc., offer roles like business analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is state-of-the-art, with South Asia's biggest Bloomberg lab with 24 terminals. The other facilities include a two-floor library, an information technology lab, and an air-conditioned canteen serving clean and hygienic food. Classrooms are well-equipped.

Hardworking placement head, but the hard work isn't paying off.
Placements: During admissions, we were told that the highest package will be around 25 LPA and the minimum package will be around 8 LPA. Companies that are coming to our campus are only offering around 4 to 5 LPA, which is a type of betrayal, just like how a girl says we will be together for our whole life but still leaves us because of her parents.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure present in this college are 5/10, which is not that good, as other colleges have better facilities than AIMSR. The classrooms in this college are nice. The canteen should have a little bit of a makeover, as other colleges have better canteens than AIMSR. AIMSR has the best library with a well-behaved librarian, but they should fix their AC problem.
Faculty: AIMSR is full of egoistic teachers who think that they are from Mars. They live in their own world of imagination, and they have a superiority complex, which is a big problem for students. There is a faculty named Dinesh who thinks he is bigger than Ambani. He compares himself with Aditya Birla and says I would have developed a big company like the Aditya Birla Group, but I chose to teach because of my hobby.
Other: I joined this course because I thought this was a nice college. I thought that I would get a decent package after pursuing this course, but the reality is different.
