UNIRAJ BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
The University of Rajasthan BTech is a unique and innovative five-year, integrated programme. This programme is spread across various specialisations. Some of these specialisations include Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. The duration of this programme is five years.
UNIRAJ BTech admission is granted based on the candidates' performance in the national-level test, such as the JEE Main examination. Thus, candidates seeking admission to the programme must apply with a valid nation-level test score. Moreover, students are required to meet the eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Science subjects. Both Mathematics and Biology group students are eligible to apply for BTech at Rajasthan University.
UNIRAJ BTech Fees 2025
The different components included in the fee structure for UNIRAJ courses are tuition fees, security deposits, hostel fees, etc. As per the structure, the total tuition fee for BTech courses ranges from INR 3.4 lakh to INR 4.8 lakh. Rajasthan University released the 2025 merit list for its affiliated colleges for admission to various UG & PG courses. For the General AI category students, the cutoff percentage was 61.6 and 90.4 for admission to B.Sc in Botany at University Maharaja College, University of Rajasthan and University Maharani College, University of Rajasthan, resepectively. So, candidates seeking admission must target higher cutoff percentage to get a seat at UNIRAJ.

For Rajasthan University BTech course admissions can be completed online. Students have to visit the website of the University and fill the registration form followed by the payment. Follow the UNIRAJ BTech admission process below:

UniRaj offers BTech in multiple specialisations. The admission to BTech at UniRaj is entrance-based. To be eligible to pursue the programme, candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Science subjects. Hence, a candidate scoring less than 50% is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can check out other colleges offering similar courses. They can also pursue the programme at the colleges offering online BTech programmes.
UNIRAJ has not yet released any recent placement stats. However, as per the NIRF 2025 placement stats for 2024, the University recorded a median package for UG 3 year graduates at INR 5 LPA.
