Applicants belong to SC/ST hailing Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, passed with 60% minimum aggregate as per the condition, in the qualifying examination mentioned above.
Candidates with senior secondary school examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with minimum of 5 subjects as recognized by central board can also apply for the course.
