VIT Vellore has started admission process of Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam. The last date to complete VITEEE registration is March 31. Candidates can access the application form by creating a VITEEE login 2026 on the official website.
The VIT login will be further be used for downloading admit card, checking result, etc. Candidates are advised to keep their login credentials safe to access all future events. VIT has announced VITEEE exam dates and will be held from April 28 to May 3.

VIT login is basically the login credentials that give you access to perform any activity related to VITEEE 2026. From registration to downloading your VIT rank card. These credentials are required for login.

Candidates must know that the admit card will only be issued to those who have completed their VITEEE slot booking. To download hall ticket for VIT BTech exam, candidates have to login using their credentials- email ID and password.
VITEEE admit card is a mandatory document that must be carried to exam centre. VIT Vellore conducts counselling round after shortlisting students for admission. The institute shortlist applications based on merit in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 and fulfilment of the eligibility requirements. At the time of counselling, shortlisted candidates have to report at the institute and submit the important documents for verification. After the document verification and admission fee payment, seat is allotted to the candidate.
- Passed Class 12 with Commerce / Accountancy / Book Keeping & Accountancy / Mathematics as one of the main subjects and a minimum of 60% aggregate, are eligible to apply.
- The minimum aggregate for SC/ST and for candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir and North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura is 50%.
Admission to the VIT Vellore B.Tech course is based on the VITEEE score. VIT Engineering Entrance Exam is a computer-based test conducted for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Admission to VIT Vellore courses is based on the entrance test and merit. Programmes like BTech, MTech, MBA, MCA admisison is based on entrace test scores, therefore it is important to score good marks in the test. Also, students need to meet the minimum admission criteria.
