In contrast to Indian candidates who must register for JoSAA counselling 2025, all foreign citizens must apply for JEE Main 2025 and, upon the announcement of the JEE Main ranks, must register for DASA counselling in order to be considered for admission.
Let's see who can apply for DASA UG admission:
Foreign nationals studying in any country, including India, as well as Indian nationals studying abroad who meet the specified admission criteria, are eligible to apply for the DASA UG program.
For Indian nationals, the criteria are:
- Completion of at least two years of education, including 11th and 12th grades or equivalent, in a foreign country within the last 8 years.
- Successful completion of the qualifying examination from abroad.
Eligible candidates must also have a JEE Main rank and should have completed Mathematics, Physics, and one additional subject from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology in their 12th grade. Additionally, they must have secured at least 75% marks (or a CGPA of 7.5 out of 10) in aggregate, as per their respective boards.

The institute offers direct admission to BTech courses only to the DASA process, that too with fulfilling certain eligibility criteria.
