Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course was extremely good. They provide us one of the best facilities in the country. The library has well-stocked books. Labs were well-equipped with instruments and machinery. Multiple sports complexes were present. Food quality in the canteen and mess was good.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them were alumni of IITs and International Institutes. The course curriculum was relevant. Students get help from alumni and seniors about industry work. The semester examination was a little tough. Around 80% of students passed.

It is the best college in all aspects.
Placements: In my course, 50% of students have placed at present. Currently, different companies also visiting the campus for recruitment. The highest package in my course was 12 lacs. Top companies in Civil engineering like Samsung, L&T, Infosys, and some PSUs also Visit campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college campus is quite good. Hostels are well-maintained, and the quality of the mess food is above average. LAN facilities are provided in the hostels. Labs and classrooms are satisfactory. The library offers a wide range of books, and there is also the option to study in the CCN. Overall, the infrastructure is commendable.
Faculty: Professors at my college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with over 30 years of experience. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students well for placement opportunities. Clearing semester exams is manageable. If you study for the midterm exam at least 15 days in advance, you can achieve good marks.

Good environment and infrastructure.
Placements: 64% of students got placed in civil engineering branch. The highest package is 26.64 LPA. The lowest package is 3.36 LPA. The average package is 7.88 LPA. Recruiting companies are Accenture, Hero, Adobe, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Siemens, and L&T. Around 50% of students got internships from civil in IBM, Wipro, Infosys, Siemens, and L&T. Top roles offered are design, material testing, field investigation, and quality control.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided in our college are well and good. There is availability of Wi-Fi in institute areas like in certain departments. Classrooms are big enough to accommodate 60-70 students easily. Air conditioning is being installed in every classroom. Library facilities are also decent. Availability of AC, fans, and desert coolers in the library are also accommodated with good speed Wi-Fi. Hostels have Wi-Fi and decent to good food. The medical services are also good with ambulances. Canteen food is also tasty and affordable. There is a big sports complex that consists of a gym, sports, and many games.
Faculty: Senior teachers have a great knowledge about their field and are helpful to everyone. They all are well engaging. Teaching quality is appreciable in our college. Course curriculum is quite relevant and it is made by highly experienced faculty members. It definitely provides knowledge of our industry. Semester exams are held 3 times in a semester, mid-semester 1 and 2 (15 marks each) with practical and teacher assessment (20 marks), and end semester of 50 marks. They are not as difficult and can be easily cracked by studying 1/2 hours daily. The questions asked are from notes. Pass percentage is 40% in both internal and external exams.
Other: I wanted to take the core branch in this college and I found civil engineering to be good to take. I found senior faculty members to be good and pressure of course is not that much. Classes can be easily managed. Some good materials should be provided to students that could help in the practice of questions on the topic taught. There are two big fests organised, Confluence and Techspardha. Many events also take place. Campus crowd is also good. We have a decent ratio of boys and girls. Campus surroundings are very clean and very green. Many clubs and societies are present of every interest.

Good hostel, food, and a lot of technical clubs and societies.
Placements: In my course, civil engineering, especially, there is a lack of skills among people, so there are very few placements in the civil branch. But the students of the civil branch are getting placements in tech/software fields. Recently, a civil engineering student got placed at Zomato in software.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is working well. The range is good. The library and hostel both have Wi-Fi. Labs are comparatively big and good. You get the required instruments in good condition at the chemistry lab, but in the physics lab, some of the setups are not working. Classrooms have good facilities but are comparatively smaller than IITs. But they have smart projectors, boards, and all other required facilities with AC. Even one of the buildings, which is newly made, now has excellent infrastructure. Siemens Hall is just awesome. It has the best computer lab, meditation room, and special vibes. The hostel for all girls has single-seater rooms and provides privacy.
Faculty: Yes, senior professors are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, especially for skills. Exams are not that difficult if you go for PYQ; you are easily able to score passing marks. The pass percentage can vary from subject to subject and as per their requirement in the course.
Other: Scholarship facilities are available. Many students get 1 lakh+ scholarship. The fest that is the DJ night in Confluence was awesome. Sports and NCC are always a priority. The surrounding environment is not much crowded, and students roam in college using cycles only. For students, bikes and all other vehicles are not allowed. Many food corners are available for food. The hotspot at the girls' hostel gives you food till midnight. Improvement should be done in the infrastructure of the college, and skills should be a priority instead of getting marks and CGPA.

Excellent placement chance.
Placements: In civil engineering course, around 23% of students got placed in public domain. In civil engineering course, the highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Around 50% of students got internships. Many students get role as HR of a company.
Infrastructure: The college has best infrastructure. We also have gym, swimming pool, library, and many lakes. The food quality is good like home. It also has many canteens for boys and girls late at night. There is one hotspot for boys hostel.
Faculty: There are three exams in the semester. Two exams of mid-semester 20 to 20 numbers. Final exam is for 50 numbers and 10 numbers from teachers for students' behaviour in the classroom. There are also practice subjects that have credit for each subject and weightage. Faculty members are best for all courses.
Other: My father gave me advice to get a government job. Our college provides many oppertunities and good hostel life. Many events are conducted like Confluence, Uttkarsh, and Techspradh (technical event). There are many societies like Anamika, SAE, NCC, NSS, LSD, Shiksha, Ruhha, etc.

A great 4 year experience, with multicultural experience from all around India.
Placements: In the IT and CS branches, NIT KKR has 90+% placement, and for branches like Civil, Mechanical, and Production, placement percentages range from 50% to 80%. Top recruiters this year are Accenture, Hero, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Adobe, and L'Oréal. Students secure internships in their 2nd year as well, getting interns from colleges like Stanford; for example, one student got in Quantum Photonics.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speeds are 500+ Mbps, and hostel infrastructure is decent; mess food is overpriced, and talking about sports facilities, I would rate those 3/5. Classrooms are also decent, with each room equipped with projectors or Samsung smart TVs. The library is very big in size and is 24/7 available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, but some lack a sense of responsibility towards their work, many a time M.Tech students to take our classes, and they teach in a very friendly manner. Classes held in the computer department are top-notch, and professionalism in professors and staff varies from department to department.

NIT KKR: The worst nightmare
Placements: Although placements are usually good, many companies only occasionally offer 4 LPA due to the non-profit nature of the industry. Only 64% of the students placed here last year received a placement, and the highest package goes up to 40 LPA, which is not good, and the lowest is only 3.2 LPA. Annually, fewer companies arrive and provide fewer services.
Infrastructure: The number of courses offered has been rising annually, and some courses have very few or no teachers. The infrastructure is also poor because many of the buildings have not been renovated in decades. The hostel facilities are the worst. At hostels, there is no hygiene and cleanliness.
Faculty: The only teacher we have is V.P. Singh, the future director of our college. He gives us instructions, but when it comes to homework, he says he will only accept the first five submissions before letting the others finish it. And when it comes to exams, then they take exams every month named as mid-sem, they take two mid-sems.
Other: I guess there is this one time when a girl student got molested or raped, and the college didn’t care about the mental stress of the student; they just cared about suppressing the matter and did it very effectively.

NIT Kurukshetra: The Review
Placements: Around 55% of students got placed in the civil engineering branch last year. The highest package offered was 40 LPA with an average package of 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good in my opinion. There is a lot of greenery in the campus. All classrooms are well-maintained, with around 8-9 fans and 3 ACs in each classroom. The labs are also well-equipped with the necessary instruments for performing experiments. The college has a large and well-stocked library. Although there is no Wi-Fi in classrooms, the hostel provides Wi-Fi through LAN cables for each student. Each student has their own LAN port.
Faculty: The professors are knowledgeable, well-qualified, and classes are conducted on time. The overall teaching quality is good, but many students rely on online resources like YouTube or Google just before exams. The course curriculum is quite relevant as it includes lab classes that provide practical experience. Semester exams are relatively easy if you study for about 4-5 days before the exam. The passing percentage is around 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I am from Haryana, and this college is the nearest NIT to my home compared to others. There are many events organized in the college. If you are passionate about any hobby, you can pursue it here. There are also many scholarships available. The college has an SBI branch that provides loans to NIT students and assists with other banking-related work. There is a good market inside the college and a small café as well. One of the best things about the college is that seniors are very supportive, and there is no ragging at all—literally "zero ragging."
