Students can join this college without any hesitation.
Placements: Nearly 70-80% of students get placed. The average package is around 10 LPA. The campus is good. Big companies like Amazon visit the college for placements. The college has a strong placement record and top companies visit the college for recruitment. It offers good packages, internships, and career guidance to help students secure jobs.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are very well-maintained. The library is very big and peaceful. It has a sports complex and other activities. There is a basketball ground and a badminton court in the college. But we do not have any cricket ground but there we can play football in a small area.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and friendly. They help us to get a good job. The exam system is very strict. If we get a UFM and backlog then we have to pay Rs. 1,500 and give the exam after 1 year to pass the exam. Some foreign faculty members are there in college .
Other: I chose this course because I have a strong interest in the subject, and I believe it aligns with my career goals. The course curriculum offers a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, which will help me develop the skills I need for my future. Additionally, the faculty members and research opportunities available at this institution made it an ideal choice for me.

Placements: More or less everyone gets a placement from the college depending on their academic results. Last year, the highest placement was 35 LPA at Amazon. Other companies like Cognizant, Wipro, etc., recruit students from our college. I don't know about the internships, but in 3rd year, the college offers internships to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is outstanding, and the management is very good. All the floors and the canteen area are centralized with AC, and Wi-Fi is installed all over the campus, which can be accessed by the students. We have a huge library. I don't have any idea about the hostel facilities, but the rooms are very good. The food in the canteen is also very good. Games like football, volleyball, and badminton are played on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and hold high-level educational degrees. They are very punctual and cooperative with the students. Yes, the course makes the students industry-ready. The exams are moderate and are held nearly five months after the semester starts. A minimum 3 CGPA must be obtained by the student to pass to the next year.

Review of Amity University, Kolkata.
Placements: - About 75 percent of students are placed in my university. - The highest package till date is 42 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, with an average package of 7.5 LPA. - Top recruiting companies include TCS, IBM, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, COGNIZANT, AMAZON, NESTLE, SHELL INDIA, etc. - Basically, as a first-year student, I don't have much information, but from my seniors, I've learned that about 95 percent of students got placements. - Top roles offered in my course are IT, Web Development, Data Structure, and Algorithm.
Infrastructure: - Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole campus. The infrastructure is very good, and we have libraries with many books. We also have a separate sports complex, a football turf, and a swimming pool. Additionally, we have computer labs, biotech labs, chem labs, physics and engineering graphic labs, and workshops. - Medical facilities, canteen food, and sports game facilities are very good. The quality of food is also very good and healthy. We have three canteens, and the food in the E block canteen is the best. Since I stay in the hostel, I don't have any information about hostel facilities.
Faculty: - Yes, the teachers are qualified, well-educated, and knowledgeable, and the teaching faculty is the best. - Yes, of course, the course is industry-relevant. We do have industry visits during every summer camp. - The end-semester exams are quite tough and competitive, and the pass percentage is 100%.
Other: - There's nothing called best; I just love Computer Science and Engineering. - We should have more recruitment companies visiting the campus, and we should make a cricket ground for students too. - We have our event Amiphoria and our meet called Sangathan 2k24, as well as summer fest and many more.

Review of Amity University, Kolkata.
Placements: Rating in placement aspect of this college I find myself in a delicate position. While the university provides an impressive 100% placement rate, but the quality of placement falls within an average spectrum. The highest Package in Amity Kolkata was 32 LPA. The lowest may go to 3 - 4 LPA and average lies in between 4 to 9. Top Recruiting companies include TCS, HDFC Bank, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture. Till now as per information 2000 students have been placed which in my terms is not so great.
Infrastructure: There is a one-word description for this college and it's "extraordinary." No doubt it has the best infrastructure all over Kolkata. Campus size is 110 acres which is a very decent size as compared to other colleges in Kolkata. Provides Wi-Fi and AC in all the buildings. The best place for me is the library; it has immense space and privacy. Canteens also have yummy foods; there are 3 canteens in total and each and every one has a fair pricing range. BUT the reason behind giving the 2 stars is the interior of the college. Academic Building walls have holes, cracks. Seats are broken; whiteboards get direct sunlight from the windows which makes us unable to SEE what is written. Sports Complex is not so great. Day Scholars can't use the sports equipment and are allowed only for 45 minutes, and when sometimes they allow us to use the equipment, we need to go here and there for permission to use those which in short takes a lot of time. We are getting 5 min time, and we lose up to 25 min in there; therefore, we can't play there.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. Of course, you will find some weird faculty members who will annoy you, but there are many who are very good and supportive. They provide you all the notes and PDFs so we don't actually need any book, and if we need it, we can get it from the library. Every teacher has great knowledge in their field. In terms of exams, faculty members help us a lot; they provide us help until the last, which helps us in exams. Exams will be easy if you focus on the class because everything comes from the class notes.
Other: Being a decent student, I can get nice placement from this college; that's the reason for me to join this college. And Amity can help me in getting that. This college needs to add some sports events which it lacks a lot.

Totally satisfied with my college, wholesome experience.
Placements: My college especially my department above all has a good record for placing the student in companies. It is 100 percent. The highest package offered by any company this is 35 Lacs per annum. The lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum. The company which took most students is Tata consultancy services.
Infrastructure: Campus has a really good infrastructure considering this is a private university and doesn't get that much of funds from government. Classroom has access to Wi-Fi, air conditioned, projector, speaker etc. Foods available in canteen is good enough. Library is very asthetic and has a great view.
Faculty: The teachers are always so helpful also they're qualified in their respective fields and very knowledgeable too. Teachers always help the students understand the course better they teach us in a simple way yet inpactfully. They get more friendlier with our higher semesters.

Amity Kolkata is more than you know! Just amazing!
Placements: Talking about the placements offered by the placement cell of B.Tech. Computer Science, it is truly impressive. The rate at which students get placements each year is improving. A handsome amount—at least 95%—got placed in the last recruitment session. The coordination and support for getting placed are really appreciated. The average package offered is around INR 6–8 LPA. The highest package fetched was INR 35 LPA, offered by Amazon. Esteemed companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Amazon, Google (starting to recruit and approach in 2023), etc. are the top recruitment companies. Overall, there is a lot of scope to get great placements in terms of both job roles and salary offers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is just amazing. The campus is not too big but is very neat and well maintained, surrounded by trees and vegetation. There is a beautiful library to work in for hours. There are two canteens serving good food. The whole campus has centralized AC as well as Wi-Fi facilities throughout. The classrooms are modern and well-equipped with the necessary accommodations and comfortable seats to recline and attend long lectures. The hostel feels no less luxurious than a 4-star hotel. All the facilities are available throughout the day. Overall, there is everything else available on the campus with full comfort. You will have a good experience roaming around, surely.
Faculty: The courses and subjects are absolutely relevant and helpful. The faculty members are helpful and approachable. The exam patterns and the code of conduct are highly standard. There is negligible scope for cheating in the exams, though many students tend to use cheating apps, mobile devices, etc. But once caught, they are charged with Unfair Means and are either debarred from the subject (have to write the exam Next semester) or have to write the whole paper from the beginning. So, if a student is sincere and sits in the exam on his own, and if he or she has attended the classes well, then he or she is sure of getting good grades. It is mandatory to attend at least 75% of the class for each subject. Extra marks are assigned with each range of attendance percentage, for example. Having 100% attendance in a subject gives you a 5-mark bonus, whereas having below 75% attendance will not allow you to sit for the exam for that subject this semester.

Awesome campus and culture.
Placements: 50-60% of students were placed in my course. TCS, Genpact, Wipro etc. are the top recruiting companies for my course. From our course maximum students are recruited in IT companies as Developer, UX designer etc. The highest package is INR 36 LPA and average package is INR 7 LPA.100% of internship is provided in Microsoft, Wipro, TCS etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provide 24*7 Wi-Fi. We have centrally air conditioned classrooms and hostel. Labs are good with all equipment. There is a no mess facility in the hostel. Hostellers have to buy food from the canteen. The food served in the canteen is very affordable and hygienic. There is a Café Coffee Day on the campus.
Faculty: Professors are well qualified and they are so helpful. The core curriculum is up to the mark. Some subjects are not helpful in the future. The course makes us industry ready. Class projects are given for us to gain in-depth knowledge of the course.

Our college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The highest salary package offered by Amazon is 32.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Around 15 students got a salary package of more than 10 LPA. If you work hard, you can get a good salary package easily. Our college has an active placement cell. Placements are better than other colleges in Kolkata like IEM, Techno International New Town, Heritage Institute of Technology, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides 24X7 Wi-Fi. We have centrally air-conditioned classrooms and a hostel. Labs are good with all equipment. There is no mess facility in the hostel. Hostellers have to buy food from the canteen. The food served in the canteen is affordable and hygienic. There is a Cafe Coffee Day on the campus.
Faculty: Professors are well-qualified and helpful. The course curriculum is up to the mark. Some subjects are not helpful in the future, but we have to study them. Relative grading takes place for the calculation of SGPA and CGPA. We have to maintain a minimum of 75% of attendance to write semester exams. The curriculum is at par with the top universities in India.
Other: There are around 130-140 students in B.Tech CSE. It depends on the course and the number of students passing through the admission process. Our college provides some extra subjects that we have to study in our semesters which will hardly help in the professional sphere, but it is crucial for overall development. I would recommend joining this college if you can afford it.
