Satisfied with the college for the amount of money I am paying.
Placements: The percentage of students placed was almost above 94-95 %. The highest package was offered by Microsoft of INR 70 Lakhs per annum. The lowest package offered was offered by Infosys of INR 2.5 Lacs per annum. Top roles offered was of Product Manager by Bosch. 50% of students got internship from my course at Infosys.
Infrastructure: The facilities here are okay because labs are available but most of the equipments do not work properly. Wi-Fi is accessible all over the campus. The food offered in the mess is decent and on some days it is good. The rooms are also good in the hostel. Hostel has indoor sports and gym facilities.
Faculty: Teachers here are very qualified and helpful. The course curriculum is very tough and it makes students industry ready and the syllabus is also vast for every subject. It is easy to pass the course if you start preparing a month before the exams.

Till now I had a rollercoaster ride and I would suggest you to join.
Placements: Above 90% of the students are placed every year. The highest package offered was INR 65 Lakhs per annum and the lowest was INR 3 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies were Bosch, Accenture, etc. Top roles offered in my course were of product managers. Above 60 percent of the students got internship from my course.
Infrastructure: In my department that is ECE labs are there and the whole college has Wi-Fi facility. Every classroom has projectors and dedicated blackboard and the chairs which are pretty decent. Facilities at hostel are also okay because the rooms are old and bathrooms are average but they clean it everyday. There are clubs for sports.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and qualified, most of them completed their Masters here and are working as faculty. Course curriculum is very tough and syllabus is vast. The exams here are not too difficult but if we study properly we can clear them easily.

It is a good engineering college for students.
Placements: Around 95% of students got placed in our course. The top recruiting companies are Bosch, etc. The highest salary package offered was around 20 LPA, and the least salary package offered was 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our campus is small as compared to other universities. Classrooms are spacious, and each classroom is equipped with a projector. Wi-Fi services are also available if they login with their id. It also has an e-library facility with reference books and research papers.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and helpful. They are very approachable and make us understand very well. Our course curriculum is relevant.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and placements.
Placements: Previous batch had placement percent of 95%. The highest package offered for previous batch is 19lakhs and the lowest package offered is 4lakhs in our EEE department. Top recruiter of our course is Robert Bosch. Around 90% of students got internship from our course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is good as compared to me and with okay Wi-Fi connection and maintaining classroom is also okay. And we have a huge library which is very good and unbelievable and hostel is good for the no power cut and mess food is not up to the mark and okay canteen and sports are okay facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified and many of them already received their Ph.Ds and others are currently pursuing their Ph.Ds and quality of teacher is very good. Curriculum very much relevant and it make the students to learn hand on practicals and overall very much worth. I feel satisfied to choose EEE in amrita.
Other: I was very interested in EEE and as it was in core subject I was wanted to get job. Events, fests etc. are very good and can be improved.

I suggest you join this college as you can make great friends and enjoy B.Tech life.
Placements: As of now, about 60% of students from our course got placed. The percentage of students who get placed varies every year, but it will be good as many students get placed in companies. The highest salary package offered in our course is 50 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Bosch, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. Very few students from our course got an internship. A top role offered is VLSI designer.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a Wi-Fi facility in our hostel room. There is a library in college, and it has a full collection of books for all departments. Classrooms infrastructure is not as good as expected. The food served in the hostel is not good. We do not get non-vegetarian food or egg. There is a small canteen. Medical facilities are up to the mark. Our college provides many indoor and outdoor grounds to play.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful and well qualified. We have one of the finest teachers in college. The course curriculum is relevant, and it will make the students industry-ready. It has one of the worst exam patterns, and it is very difficult to pass exams. The pass percentage is 35%, and it may vary.
Other: I do not have any other option, so I have chosen this course. We can have some interactive sessions, and it may create interest in students. It does not conduct many extracurricular activities.

Our college is good, but the tuition is more. The hostel is not worth the money.
Placements: About 70% of the students from our course got placed. Students who have 6 CGPA can get placed in IT companies with good salary packages. It would be difficult to get placed in core companies. The lowest salary package ranges from 7 LPA-8 LPA. Bosch, Suska, TCS, Wipro and Infosys were top companies which visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good now as it is improved. Classrooms were average, and the library will be excellent if we use. The food served is average, and only vegetarian food is provided. The canteen is also average, and there is a clinic on the main block. An ambulance is provided for any emergency, and there is a club called Chetana. Tournaments are conducted across the state.
Faculty: Teachers here were helpful, and our institution recruits every well-qualified teacher. Their teaching quality is good. Our college conducts less industrial visits. Our course curriculum will be the best among all the institutions, and day to day schedule is already well prepared for the semester.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in electrical engineering. I wish that labs should be interesting, and our college should provide more knowledge and conduct workshops on new technologies.

Placements in this year are good, but overall, it is an average college.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 52 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS and Infosys. The top role offered to the students is a graduate engineering trainee. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Almost 3% of the students got an internship whereas most of the students from other branches like CSE got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are better, and classrooms are also good. Food served is of average quality, and in the canteen, everything is average and not up to the mark. The hostel is not at all good, but the college environment is good. So I would suggest preferring the college rather than the hostel.
Faculty: Only a few teachers in our college are knowledgeable, and some faculty members' teaching is the best. Department also has the best faculty members, and they will clear our doubts about our project, etc. Quality of teaching is quite satisfactory as compared to the other colleges. The course curriculum is relevant, but if the study is in a practical way, then most of the students will get benefited.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like an electrical course and that interest made me chose this branch. The college should provide practical learning. Events and fests conducted in our college are not the best, but they are average. Extracurricular activities are conducted rarely in our college.

Dear Prakhar, Our admission is not based on JEE score. Only candidates who appear for Amrita Entrance Exam 2017 will be eligible for B.Tech admission in Amrita based on their rank.

Hello Prakhar, As per information available, JEE Mains is not the exam for admission to any of the four campuses of Amrita. They conduct entrance test themselves. So, if your aim is for admission in any one of the four campuses, you will have to appear for this entrance. I am attaching link for more
