My honest college review.
Placements: Our campus is receiving placements. Some of the seniors are getting placements. Already one of them got 10 LPA. Some got around 8 LPA. We also receive core companies on our campus. They will recruit us even, even if we get companies to our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that bad. They provide food at night. We have to adjust somehow then it will be good. Our hostel is a 4 sharing room with a common bathroom in each room. We will get 2 fans and for every room, there will be 4 study tables.
Faculty: Our teachers are very useful. We can do projects under their guidance which will be very useful for us. We have a relative grading system on our campus, which will make it easy for students to pass the exam. The pass percentage would be approximately 40% in our college.
Other: Our campus hosts many festivals, the main one being Vidyut. It's a three-day fest featuring pro shows, workshops, and competitions.

It is an above-average college.
Placements: Our college provides average placements. CIR is responsible for placements. ECE core jobs are limited and research opportunities are good. Internships at Amrita offer opportunities to gain experience at leading research centers such as Amrita WAN, HUT labs, AMMACHI labs, and many others.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have projectors. They are generally comfortable but Kerala is very hot. The girl's hostel has 4 members sharing and 3 members sharing. The boy's hostel has 4 members sharing for the first year. They have a terrace to wash clothes. A gym is available nearby. The canteen is in the hostel. The girls' hostel timings are up to 5:30 pm girls should be back outing timing is 3 -5.
Faculty: Our faculty members are good, all faculty members are not good, but they are approachable. The course curriculum is good and manageable, but not in S2 and S3. They conduct mid-assignments, class tests, and end the semester. The pass percentage of the end semester is 40%. The pass percentage if mid and assignment is 60%. They conduct projects, lab sheet marks, and viva grading - relatively grading.
Other: They conduct Viduyt events. The college has strong alumni. Clubs are good. Our mentors are dedicated. Hacathons are good. The college has many clubs like ACM and AMFOSS.

Amrita Amritapuri has approachable faculty members.
Placements: Placements are quite good. The highest package is 56 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Bosch, etc., visit the college for placements. Research opportunities are very encouraged by teachers and club members. We can get internships in Amrita itself like Amrita Wireless, Inspark, etc.
Infrastructure: It has projectors, board, and Wi-Fi in Amrita. There is technical assistance like ICTS. It has a good and very well-equipped library. In girls' hostel, food is delivered till 6 PM only. Mess timings are 7 AM to 8 AM and 7 PM to 8 PM. The canteen is available till 9 PM. The food is poorly adjustable. In the afternoon, we mostly every day get dal only. In boys hostel, the mess timing is the same. If boys are living in ashram premises, then Western and Indian canteens are available.
Faculty: Faculty members are very approachable and sweet. They encourage projects and interests. However, not all teachers are good but most of them are smart. Some teachers are rude at the start. All teachers are hard working. The course curriculum is fine. We can search for the B.Tech ECE curriculum of Amrita on Google and check out subjects.

Amrita - Amritapuri review.
Placements: About 75 - 90% of students secure placements. The highest paying - Honeywell, Texas Instruments. As far as I know, for ECE, the average package is about 4.5 LPA. IT companies - Wipro, Infosys. Mostly, in my class, students took internships in WAN - Wireless Amrita Network. This is based on research work. We also have HUT labs with high-level teachers like Rajesh Kannan. There will be extensive filtering, but if you get inside, the projects are amazing!
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is Amrita - Connect provided to all students. Labs are well-equipped, especially in my department (ECE). The teachers are very nice, and the lab assistants, like Amrita Ma'am, Prajitha Ma'am, etc., are very helpful. Classrooms are fine; they have projectors. Here, the weather is very sunny, so make sure to bring an umbrella. The classrooms might be hot most of the time.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are great, but some are very arrogant and not knowledgeable. Some of the highly educated teachers can be a little rude. But, teachers are knowledgeable, always available, down-to-earth, and ready to help. They remember all details about you and help you not only with subjects but also personally. They can be a little tough, but they are very kind and fair.
Other: In ECE, you can check out the curriculum on Google itself. It includes both technical and spiritual life. That subject is called ADM. This has 1 credit. The fest - Vidyut, but these days, they still did not conduct it.

My experience in Amrita School of Engineering.
Placements: The placement statistics for 2024 are very good, with an overall placement rate of 96 percent. The average salary package was 12.4 LPA, with the highest salary package for the CS department being 51 LPA offered by Microsoft and the highest salary package for the EC department being 41 LPA offered by Intuit. Some of the prominent placement companies were Microsoft, Palo Alto, Bosch, Cisco, Atlassian, and TCS.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is excellent. The library is well-equipped, and in addition to the academic labs, there are many research labs. The sports facilities are adequate, and Wi-Fi service is available. The classrooms are all well-equipped, and the hostel rooms and bathrooms are clean. The food is clean, but the only drawback is the lack of non-vegetarian food in the hostel mess. The cafeterias are well-stocked.
Faculty: All of the teachers were well-trained and qualified, and the student-to-faculty ratio was very good. Each section had at least two mentors or advisors, which made it easy to get help when needed. For a good research project or to publish a paper, we need to find it easy to find good mentors and faculty members.
Other: The primary tech fest at Amrita School of Engineering is Vidyut, which is held in April-May of every year. It is one of South India's largest tech fests. Some things that could be improved are to remove the mandatory attendance policies and extend the hostel curfew time.
