Academic excellence and facilities, mediocre placements, and hardcore campus life.

Faculty: The quality of the faculty is mixed, as there are both wise and research-driven professors, and those who use slides primarily. The curriculum is robust in learning basics, but not entirely industry-fit, and thus, students have to acquire skills on their own. Semester exams are medium-level and conceptual in nature, and the pass rate of such exams is about 85-90 percent.

It is good and infrastructure is getting changed every year for the better. No faculty are good .

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they have good knowledge Amrita curriculum is very good. Semester exams are not so tough, the pass percentage is 98 percent. They will make industry ready teachers who are very supportive, and they have good knowledge, they will help us.

It is a university that believes in education for life and education for living.

Faculty: Teachers are very interactive. They have a good knowledge that can make us think everything is easy, and helps to develop new projects. They help to publish some sort of affiliated conferences and journal papers on the best topics we can. Exams are a bit tough. The pass percentage is about 37 percent, I think. We can easily clear it by listening to classes without any deviation. The course curriculum is good, but it is not sufficient for us to have industry knowledge. So we must get extra things...

It is a good college with good teachers, good placements, and a good library.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is updated. Semester exams are okay. The pass percentage is very high. Semester exams are somewhat difficult, so they give us an idea of where we stand compared to other students.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements.

Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Teachers are highly qualified. However, they don't provide exactly what the industry wants from us, so we need to externally learn all those things. The odd semesters are very tough. The cutoff as of now is strictly 40 (overall, including internal and external).

Disciplined campus life and real technical exposure.

Faculty: The curriculum is updated regularly and is designed to give them good exposure to both theoretical knowledge and industry related skills. The teaching quality is structured and disciplined, which helps students stay consistent in their studies. The semester exams are moderately difficult and require regular preparation.

Overall, the college is good, but there are some flaws.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and all are researchers. However, the teaching quality needs to be improved. They know the subject, but the way they convey it is not good. The curriculum for our stream is updated. There are some non-academic subjects like CIR, which manage placements and prepare students for the industry.

This was not a bad decision because I got placed in the scholarship slab.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable within their respective fields. Course curriculum is relevant to every branch of engineering as robotics and AI are an interdisciplinary course, covering mechanics, electrical, electronics, and AI. Semester exams are based on Bloom's taxonomy level, with continuing questions of easy to moderate level and very few high-level questions, evaluating the understanding of a particular subject for each student. Pass percentage of students on a subject ...

A supportive environment with quality learning and opportunities for career growth.

Faculty: Faculty in our department were generally helpful and well-qualified, with most holding PhDs or having industry experience. Some were very student-friendly, while a few were a bit rigid. We also had value-added courses and mandatory internships that prepared us well for the industry. Exams were moderately difficult, with questions often requiring conceptual understanding. The pass percentage was around 85–90%.

It is a really good college, especially placement wise.

Faculty: My faculty members are filled with amazing people who are experts in their fields, and I am so lucky to learn from them. The curriculum is really interesting, and it challenges me to think critically about the world. We cover a lot of different topics, but I always feel supported by my professors and classmates. I especially love the hands-on projects where I can apply what I have learned in class.

Master's course in VLSI design.

Faculty: Teachers play a significant role in students academic success. It's usually two-year courses with four divided semesters and particular teachers would handle every individual subject. Teachers were always quite busy in sharing about the course knowledge only.

Beautiful campus, could climate, good placements, and good opportunities.

Faculty: Faculty members at Amrita are generally well qualified and many of them have completed their Ph.D. They also have research experience. Many lecturers are supportive and friendly. Teaching quality is above average. There is a mixed talk for few lecturers who are excellent in their field whereas few are not upto the mark. Curriculum includes technical and cultural subjects like Bhagavad Gita lessons which can be opted via electives and some are mandatory subjects. Marking system is based on relati...
