Review of Andhra University College of Engineering.
Placements: Of course, placements in this college are low, but students with good GPAs get decent placement opportunities. The certificate holds good value for above-average students. Placements are available in every branch, provided students meet the required GPA criteria.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very aesthetic, with a beautiful and lovely atmosphere, especially on rainy days when the college looks stunning. But, when it comes to the hostel, it's a bit complicated and less comfortable because the old hostels were built in the late 1930s. There is a need for more hostels.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, with highly qualified scholars. Excellent quality education can be found here, and most importantly, the curriculum is very strict and follows a timely manner, though it is comparatively slower than in other colleges. Teachers are very skilled and knowledgeable, and exams are conducted strictly.
Other: Events are very few, and I chose this college and course because I love construction and was inspired by my father, he is also a civil engineer. I want to follow in his footsteps and lead a rich, independent life in the field of construction. I wish there were better ways, like conducting more workshops for every branch.

The college offers very good placements and acquiring knowledge.
Placements: More than 75% of the students are placed in our course. The highest package offered is 9 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and L&T. Almost more than 50% got internships from our course in various companies. Top Roles for designing and planning are offered in those companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is well-maintained. We have seminar halls, meeting rooms, and classroom complexes that can accommodate over 100 students each. The civil library contains a comprehensive collection of books related to civil engineering. Our hostel facilities are environmentally friendly, and the quality of the mess food is good. All necessary medical facilities are available on campus, along with several canteens. We also place special emphasis on various sports and games, including cricket, volleyball, and badminton.
Faculty: The teaching faculty consists of highly intelligent and talented professors who are knowledgeable and experienced. They coordinate students in a very disciplinary manner, ensuring a conducive learning environment. The course prepares us well for industrial activities. While the semesters can be manageable, students must put in effort to study in order to pass the exams, with a pass rate of nearly 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I aspire to become a Civil Engineer. Since Andhra University is one of the esteemed universities in the state, I decided to enroll in AUCE. Interestingly, most of the international students are also enrolled in the Civil Engineering program at AU College of Engineering. Various events and festivals occur once or twice a year, including department days, technical events, and seminars on different occasions. The university also hosts a range of cultural activities, photography opportunities, and more. Various student clubs on campus cater to all extracurricular activities.

It has a good campus and placements.
Placements: We got a maximum of 50% placements in the civil engineering department. The average package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. 90% of students got internship opportunities from the 2nd year onwards. The best companies visit our college for placements. It provides very good placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good with good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available in each classroom. It provides good seminar halls with air-conditioners. Hostel food is also good, but it is not hygienic. Medical facilities are too good and comfortable.
Faculty: Our college has the best-qualified professors from IITs and NITs. They are very friendly with students. Their teaching skills are too good. Semester exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is around 75%. Attendance is mandatory in our college. Minimum attendance should be 75% here.
Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in construction. Civil engineering is one of the best branches. Every year, we celebrate many events along with our faculty members. NCC is also there in our college.

Really good and there are so many people placed in top MNC.
Placements: I am from the 2024 passed-out batch. Around 92 members per branch are in the Andhra University College of Engineering for Women. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package is 11 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Wipro, IMEG, TCS, Amara Raja, etc. Roles offered include SDE and developer.
Infrastructure: The faculty in my college is very good. They know students' problems personally. If we don't like anything, they will ask about everything. Their teaching is nice. If we don't understand something, they will explain it again and again. Hostel food is also good, although sometimes we have to adjust.
Faculty: There are many qualified teachers and lecturers, and they explain everything in detail. The lecturers are highly qualified. However, in semester exams, they are very strict, and they don't even let us go for water. That is the biggest problem in this college.

Placements: A very good percentage of students get placed, with the percentage rounded off to 90%. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Companies like Aditya Birla, TCS, and Cape Gemini attend our college to hire us. Top roles like civil engineer, developer, and CAD technician are offered to us.
Infrastructure: The college is top-notch with all kinds of facilities, such as digital classrooms, AC labs, seminar halls, washrooms, and a playground for all sports. Residential facilities are available for both genders and are very affordable. The food at the canteen and mess is satisfactory too.
Faculty: Most of the faculty have over 25 years of teaching experience and are highly skilled in their designated fields. Yes, this course is curriculum-relevant and helps to make us industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult to pass but can be cleared with good preparation.
Other: Civil engineering is a unique course that helps to bring out my creativity in the real world, which is why I opted for this course. Events are held very often in our college, and even outsiders can participate sometimes.
