Overall college is nice, recommended for our juniors.
Placements: Around 30–40 percent of people get placed, not more than that. Otherwise, most of them pursue further professional degrees and courses. The highest recorded package is 12 LPA in 2023. Top recruiting companies include ICICI, Deloitte, and the roles offered are mostly consulting or associate-level jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but the classes are not very furnished, they look a bit shabby. Recently, the canteen area is renovated, and it's far better than the canteen in other colleges in North Campus. Labs are nice for Science students. Else, computer labs are also old.
Faculty: Faculty is nice. Staffs are really helpful, but mostly it is dependent on self-study. Professors definitely help whenever any help is required. Teachers are friendly and open to your questions. The semester exams are pretty easy, easy to pass. But if you want to get good marks, you will have to study accordingly, and the marking is also normalized.

Good vibes and the best faculty members.
Placements: The placement opportunities were not that great last year, a very small percentage of students actually got recruited (around 40-50%), with the highest package being 20 LPA. A few companies where placement was offered are Deloitte, ICICI Bank, Zepto, etc. The placement cell, Vriddhi, offers internships and workshops to students. They also organise an annual internship fair called Incrementum where companies like Swiggy, Amazon, Snacc, Pw offer internship opportunities for roles in HR, Business executive and more. However, a very small number of students actually got the internship opportunities from my batch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good with all the necessities like library, computer labs, common area, and rangshala. However, there's no Wi-Fi outside the library and labs, and the network is very bad in and around the campus area. The college hostel is just behind the main campus, which offer students to stay with reasonable fee and good facilities. There are canteens like Amul, Nescafé that offer great food options. The sports ground is also pretty spacious.
Faculty: The faculty and professors are very helpful and kind. They are professional and offer mentorship and guidance to students whenever needed. The examination level is average and most students pass, leaving a very few students with back log. The curriculum, my course offers is really nice, and we get to choose from a wide pool of subjects. The papers focus on skill enhancement, value assessment, and other skills that may come up very handy further in the industry.

Great college with helpful faculty.
Placements: Majorly offers roles in HR and marketing-related fields. The average package offered is almost 6 LPA. Top companies include Deloitte, Accenture, and Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. Many students get internship opportunities at the Incrementum organized by the college every year.
Infrastructure: The college environment is peaceful. Facilities provided by the college require improvement. As per my personal experience, most of the time only VI (Vodafone Idea) sim works inside the college. The library staff is good. The canteen food is also affordable.
Faculty: Teachers in the B.Com department are helpful. If you're thinking of pursuing a CA, most of the syllabus is similar, and the difficulty level in college is less. The semester exams are comparatively easier than those of B.Com (Hons), especially when it comes to Accountancy.

Absolutely recommended because placements are quite good.
Placements: Generally, 60 to 70 students get placements every year. The package is quite low, ranging from 4 LPA to 12 LPA. Most companies prefer bachelors of commerce and economics students for their placements. The hiring companies are ICICI Bank, Zomato, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are not that good. Wi-Fi is working only in the library. The water facilities are good. But the size of the classroom is not big and sometimes it is difficult to accommodate the whole class. I am not in the hostel so I am not that aware. But all I hear is that hostel is good. Food is good. If we talk about restrooms in the college, I can confidently say restrooms are clean every time. Though there is a pad machine but it often doesn't work.
Faculty: To be honest, some teachers are really good but some teachers do not even know what and how to teach. The curriculum is top-notch. Exams are quite easy to pass. To be honest, I just cleared my first semester exams after reading one night before the exams.
Other: As a commerce student, it was my primary thing to pursue. Also, I think the corporate world is now expanding at a huge level.

Pros weigh more than cons here.
Placements: I am a first-year student, but the highest package for this year is 20 LPA as per my knowledge. Various companies like DE Shaw & Co., Accenture, DeltaX, ICICI Bank, Urban, etc., visit the college to recruit students. Various internships are also available during the course. Skills must align with the same.
Infrastructure: Few classrooms contain AC. Wi-Fi is available in the library and certain other areas. Labs are average and libraries are a great place to study. The hostel mess serves food which is not very great. The canteen of the college provides affordable food. There are Nescafe and Amul outlets.
Faculty: Some teachers are knowledgeable while others are average. Disciplines subjects are good enough but the optional subjects are of no value addition. As per the syllabus offered by DU, we require 3 discipline subjects and 4 optional subjects. Semester exams are quite standard. PYQs are of great help.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and facilities provided by the college.
Placements: In 2022–23, the college facilitated recruitment drives with over 40 esteemed companies, like Accenture, Wipro, Deloitte, USI, and D. E. Shaw. More than 110 students were placed. The highest package was 21.5 LPA and an average package was 6.5 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Daulat Ram College has a well-equipped campus with modern classrooms, labs, air-conditioned auditoriums, and a library with an extensive collection of books and electronic resources. It also offers facilities like a cafeteria, sports ground, gym, and hostel for outstation students.
Faculty: Daulat Ram College has experienced and highly qualified faculty. They guide students in academics and extracurricular activities. Yes, this course is relevant and has a wide scope. The college exams are easy to moderate. Passing percentage is approximately 95%.

An experience for life, mixed feelings about the college, good and bad.
Placements: As a college on the North campus, I expected Big 4s to be there because they were coming up in the other colleges. However, the college didn't provide any opportunity like that.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Commerce Department was very poor. The department did not have its own building, and the classrooms were in various stages of construction during my three years of study. As a result, we had to take classes in whatever classrooms were available, including those of other departments such as botany and zoology.
Faculty: Some faculty were very supportive, even for those pursuing courses other than just graduation. However, some faculty were completely against students pursuing other courses and also demoralized them. The curriculum is apt and in accordance with course requirements.

One of the best colleges for commerce in northcampus.
Placements: Although the maximum placement occurs in B.Com. and B.Com. (Hons. ),. As per the last-year record, the highest package was 21 LPA, and the average package is 7-8 LPA. Many top companies, such as Wipro, Delloitte, etc., are the recruiters, and the students are then selected on a merit and skills basis. Although the college provides exposure to the student in different ways,.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and it has all the places like an auditorium, good classrooms, a sports complex, and a conference hall. It also has nice greenery and looks good. Even the hostel is good, and adequate facilities are provided to the students.
Faculty: The college faculty is really strong, as the teachers are really knowledgeable and highly qualified to help students in their future. The quality of education is standard. The teachers provide insights into the world and provide practical education as well, which helps the student be practically ready for working in industries as well. In a year, a two-semester exam occurs, followed by mid-semester exams. It is also not that difficult; the examination board is really active and good. The passing percentage is more than 40%, as in college, a CGPA is considered. You need to have more than 4 CGPA, and then only you are considered passed.
Other: I come from a commerce background, and I always wanted to pursue a B.Com. That's why I chose a B.Com. so that I could build my career in the commerce field. Many events and competitions keep occurring in the college, and even their are societies for the commerce field and all the other domains as well, which help the students grow their network and skills for the future and help them participate in different workshops and competitions so that they can develop skills and their profiles.

If you come from general category then you have very low chance to get admission in Daulat Ram College for B.Com because students who have more than 90% in their 10+2 have a chance to get in. But you can try for some good colleges in south campus of DU.
