Everything you need to know about DSATM!
Placements: Placements are good at this college. Since I am still in my first year, I do not have much idea about the ongoing placements, but since the placements are centralized with DSCE, the main campus, a lot of companies visit, creating more opportunities. The average package is 5-6 LPA, and the placement percentage is close to 100%. Internship opportunities are good. One of our seniors bagged an internship of 8 LPA, which is quite good in itself.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire campus, though the connectivity is sometimes slow. It works fine most of the time. We have various labs: Physics, Chemistry, Computer, and various skill labs as well. Classrooms are big enough to comfortably seat 60 students, which is usually the maximum in every class and branch. The library is huge, with a whole block assigned to it. It has many soft copies and ebooks available and a total of six private study zones. It also has a stationery shop where we can get all stationery and printouts and even get them bound.
Faculty: The teachers here are very knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They are kind and approachable and are ready to help you, whether in academics or any other projects you have. The faculty members have published many research papers, have patents, and have published textbooks as well. The course curriculum is more real-world or industry-related, with applications of each topic taught in class. Semester exams are moderate, and if given enough time to study, can be passed easily. Since the college has become autonomous, the teachers' correction is lenient.

Absolutely satisfied, worth the money, good placements, really good infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Placements are pretty good. If you're an average student, you'll get the opportunity to sit in various mass-recruiting companies like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. Companies like Nokia, AXA XL, Bosco, MathCompany, BlueOptima, ANZ, Light and Wonder, and Japanese companies also come for placements. The top roles offered are Business Analyst, Associate Developer, Sales, etc.
Infrastructure: The course is quite good, and you'll get the opportunity to learn various programming languages. Faculty members are very supportive; they will clear all your doubts. The hostel room was very small, with 4 people in one room. Also, you'll have bunk beds, which is the worst thing.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and supportive in all aspects. Some of them may be irritating, but this happens in every college; not everyone you meet will be to your liking. But most of the faculty members are very supportive. We have 3 internals of 50 marks and one semester-end exam. The curriculum of Computer Science starts exactly from the 2nd year. In the first year, you'll learn the basics of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
Other: The campus is very beautiful, and it is situated near the Art of Living. So, if you're a fan of yoga and meditation, it will be a very good place for you.

An above-average campus with decent facilities and a quiet campus with decent campus life.
Placements: The placements are decent, as we have our placement drives along with the other Dayananda Sagar Institutions in the Dayananda Sagar Main campus. The college placement department organizes many training programs for the third and final years to prepare them for the placement drives. Major companies such as Stone, Accenture, Infosys, PwC, Deloitte, Mercedes-Benz, etc. visit our campus.
Infrastructure: We have good lab facilities with top-end systems and good internet coverage. The campus is huge and has multiple blocks. I have not opted for the hostel. We have 3 hostel buildings within the campus, one for girls and 2 for boys. The hostel facility is decent, with proper security provided for all. The mess food is a combination of both north and south cuisines.
Faculty: I was particularly drawn to CSE because I believe it is one of the most exciting fields. I have been passionate about technology and I took the first chance I got. The faculty are really experienced, with all of them having a minimum of 4 years of experience, and most of the senior faculty are Ph.D. holders.

An awesome review of DSATM.
Placements: About 80% of the students get placements every year. The college provides placement opportunities starting in the 6th semester. The average package is 5 LPA; the highest package is 35 LPA, which was in 2022. Companies like Zomato, Phonepe, JP Morgan, Mercedes, Bosch, IBM, and Infosys visit the campus. The placement is coordinated from the main campus (DSCE). For the year 2023, the highest package was 25 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good; it provides all necessary facilities, like a resourceful library and well-equipped labs. The campus is small, but it has one basketball court and one activity center, where we have a badminton court, a squash court, an indoor game room, a medical room and a gym that is free for all. The college also has 1 girls hostel and 2 boys hostel. Hostel food is average for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Other food options inside campus are the canteen, food trucks, and vending machines, which serve good food.
Faculty: Teaching faculty members are good and experienced. They encourage students to take part in various activities and events. The college is strict, with a minimum of 75% attendance criteria. The course goes through some minor changes to keep students updated with the latest technologies. The college takes 3 internal examinations and 1 end-of-semester exam. The end-of-semester exam is quite difficult.
Other: The college organizes events and fest, there is a yearly fest called 'Esparanza'. The college is too crowded with students from different courses. The college is quite far from the main city. There can be quite language-related issues as the few teachers and staff communicate in the local language, 'kannada' sometimes.

I am happy to choose this college.
Placements: Our college has been excellent in placements. Almost 100% of placements take place every year. To be clear, 100% placements mean all the students who don't have even a backlog have been placed. The highest salary package offered was 42 LPA. Many students get a salary package of 20 LPA - 35 LPA. The average salary package offered in our college ranges around 7 LPA - 10 LPA for computer science engineering. Internships are offered in 3rd year 5th semester only if you are a top performing student. Placements happen in DSU which comes among the top 5 companies in Karnataka. It's the best thing you can ask for.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi all over college, but the speed remains an issue. Library has all the books needed by you. You even get private study rooms in the library. About 8 rooms are provided. You can use the reference section for studying purposes. Hostel is pretty decent according to Bangalore standards. You get hot water 24X7. The food taste is very good.
Faculty: In recent days, our college has taken many initiatives to make students industry-ready. Many seminars are also held by the department to gain knowledge. Teachers are good but some teachers actually have proper in-depth knowledge. They will help you even if you never studied under them. As it is affiliated with VTU, exams will remain tough and correction is always unfair by VTU.
Other: Events conducted are average. You can see Christ or Jain. Antaragni and Esperanza are the college fests that take place every year. They remain to be the highlight and the best experience.

Our college provides good placements for students who get average ranks in their studies.
Placements: More than 90% of students get placed every year in our course. The highest salary package offered ranges between 20 LPA - 25 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Infosys, Amazon, and Wipro. All three campuses are combined for placements which is the best part.
Infrastructure: There are two hostel blocks, one is near the academic block, and the other has a distance of 500 meters. All facilities are good. Our college has a basketball and shuttle court but doesn't have open ground to play.
Faculty: Faculty members are friendly and good. Some of them are strict. There are three internal exams for each semester. Semester papers are prepared by VTU and internal papers are prepared by the HOD of a particular department.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty, campus, and salary packages.
Placements: There were more than 200 students who joined our course. The highest salary package was around 20 LPA, the average was around 6 LPA to 8 LPA, and the minimum package given in our course was around 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, Mindtree, etc. In our course, around 50% to 60% of students got internships from our college. The top role offered is software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Facilities are almost common in our department and the rest of the departments. The Wi-Fi does not work well, but it's a Wi-Fi campus. The library is cool and good. The classrooms do not have air conditioners. The hostel is good but a bit costly. The food is good in the mess and canteen. The canteen is somewhat huge, but takes time to prepare food. Medical facilities are low. Sports and games are the main drawback. We don't have a proper ground. There are indoor set games which are good, but outdoor games cannot be played well. Labs are good for performing and conducting experiments.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful. There are highly qualified teachers, and they are knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good, but in the first year, there will be a P and a C cycle. The P cycle is easy compared to the C cycle. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready.
Other: There are the best things about college. The campus is good, and the hostel is also good, with a good atmosphere. I chose this course as my goal is to become a top-rated software engineer. There must be a ground for the campus. Our college is the hub for fests and events. There will be a fest every week, and it is awesome. The campus crowd is huge. The weather at the campus is so good. Our college got a NAAC score of A+.

Our campus might be small, but we have great placements.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed from our college, out of which 80% were from the CS and ISC departments. In 2022, the high salary package was about 21 LPA. Some of the top recruiters were cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Paytm, and Phonepe. Big tech companies like Amazon also made some offers.
Infrastructure: Our campus is about 10 acres without a cricket ground or a football field. Wi-Fi is available 24x7 throughout the campus. The food quality is good, but the taste is not up to the mark. All indoor games are available here. There are 2 boys' hostels and 1 girls' hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful to the students and are ready to help the students. They are very strict about the curriculum. They help the students by making the students industry-ready by taking seminars and presenting as one of the mandatory activities every semester. The semester exams are moderate and the pass percentage is about 35%.
Other: Our college has events, fests, and other activities going on for every student every year.
