    Satisfied studying in this college.
Placements: Number of companies visited this time. Very good placement activities. Regular updates are received on mobile as well as through email. Initially students are placed as interns. Later as employees depending on their performance. Stipend offered was 15000/- by most of the companies during the internship.
Infrastructure: Too huge campus. Lot of trees within the campus. Good canteen facility. But it's too far from many departments. Library environment is good. Wi-Fi facility too is offered. But there should be improvements in availability of books. Toilets are not very good. Very less number of toilets as compared with people within the campus and no good drinking water facility.
Faculty: No negative comments about the staff as all are well qualified. Labs are fine. But not excellent. Too many assignments to be written. I wish there could be more of a research and self learning activities rather than writing too many assignments. All the teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. There is no shortage of faculty with student ratio.
Other: Overall it's a good college. It's can be counted amongst one of the very good Colleges of Bangalore.

One among the best colleges of the country for engineering.
Placements: DSCE has always been identified in Bengaluru & other states for providing great placement offers to their students. TCS, Oracle, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, IBM, Wipro were few among all of the companies visiting the campus regularly for recruitment purpose, providing a NET % placement record to the students of the institute. The highest package was offered of 15.7 L to one of the students of the batch by JP Morgan. , however the lowest salary was around 3-4 L. Also I would like to mention that institute has a well structured placement wing which provides interview trainings to their students as well. Overall I would like to mention that the college was efficiently the best in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: As per the colleges infrastructure, it was quite well maintained with quality sports & lab facilities. The environment inside the campus was very student friendly providing opportunities to the students in every aspect. But when it comes to the canteen food, it was not upto the mark according the price charged. The auditorium & library was managed by the using the best tech. Available. The hostel rooms were quite congested for the hostelers because of small cozy sharing rooms.
Faculty: DSCE has a team of educators who have expertise in their field of studies. Dr. T. C. Manjunath was one of the best prof. of my stream as he taught in a very friendly manner. They are a bunch of very knowledgeable and well qualified people who know very well how to deliver their service at the best. They are always ready to help the students may it be an on-campus or off-campus issue. The student to faculty ratio was around 30:1.
Other: Events keep on coming in the campus at regular intervals. This provides the students a great opportunity to participate in their field of interests and showcase their talents apart from the academics for their all around development.
