A good option in Delhi NCR with good placements and supportive faculty.

Placements: I'm from the 2025-29 batch, B.Tech first year, so the information below is based on what seniors from the previous batch shared with me. Around 80 to 90 percent of students got placed from our course. The rate may change according to skills and branch, but overall, the result is good for a private partnership college in Delhi NCR. The highest package is around 48 LPA from Microsoft. The average package is around 6 LPA. The lowest package is around 3 LPA. Some companies that regularly visit the campus are: TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, Airtel, and Cognizant.

Infrastructure: The campus is decent and clean, with all the basic facilities we need. It's not very big, but the environment feels good. Students often hang out around the canteen and other common areas. Classrooms and labs are also decent enough, the food in the canteen is also good, not so expensive, and not so cheap.

Faculty: From my experience as a first-year student, I would say that teachers are helpful and quite approachable. Most of them are well qualified and have good knowledge of their subjects. Teaching quality is decent, some teachers explain concepts really well and in depth, while a few teachers are more theory-focused. The curriculum is updated and follows the guidelines of GGSIPU. It covers both theoretical and practical subjects. Semester exams are moderate, they are neither too easy nor too difficult. If you regularly attend classes and make notes, then passing the exam is not a big problem.

Actually a very nice college of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University.

Placements: Placement is quite good too as compared to other colleges but its your hard work that decides your package not the college. Well for the technical branch, the package goes up to 18 LPA and for non technical branch, it is about 6LPA, and the average package is something between 7.5LPA.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very nice, we have 24/7 Wi-Fi service, and classes are also good. Parking is also provided. The labs are also in good condition with all the required equipment.

Faculty: Faculty is very supportive, very hardworking, and Masters of the art of teaching. Students love to attend classes of teachers who use interesting ways to teach basic and boring concepts, also guide for hackathons and other co curricular activities, we have different societies. Faculty is very nice, they focus on teaching concepts rather than just completing the syllabus, and they make you industry ready.

The data which the college shows to the world in terms of facilities, placement, and education.

Placements: Placement is not too good. The average package is 4-6 LPA. I don't know why companies don’t visit, or if this is the college's fault. I personally met seniors and they told me not to depend on the college for placements and internships. We have to try off-campus.

Infrastructure: The college is very poor. Labs don't have good quality instruments and the faculty don't teach you how to do it. They just invite you in groups and to complete their work quickly, they sometimes avoid going in-depth on topics and only tell the steps to perform without giving the knowledge behind it.

Faculty: Teachers are average and not likely to teach you. They just pull the syllabus so that it could satisfy them that they have taught all the syllabus before exams, but actually, they are not teaching anybody. The curriculum designed is so bad that we are not able to get good marks and placements.

Other: The college is very bad in terms of placement and education.

Review of Formerly Northern India Engineering College.

Placements: Percentage of students placed in my course is less than 40%. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The recruiting company is Josh Technology. Roles offered are related to IT sector field.

Infrastructure: Facilities are pretty good. We have 3-4 computer labs for each branch in B. Tech, and all labs are fully Wi-Fi connected. There is also good competition for different sports. Canteen has different types of snacks, lunch options, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are pretty helpful and always ready to contribute to our studies. Our courses cover each field that is related to IT sectors and newly introduced AI/Android courses. Exams depend on how students prepare for them, but questions are generally of moderate level.

Very good infrastructure and supportive faculty members.

Placements: The college placements here are average. If you are a B.Tech student, you can receive an average placement of 4-5 LPA, which is not very good for beginners to kickstart their journey as software developers or engineers. The highest package offered to a student was off-campus, which was around 45 LPA, and the lowest is 1-2 LPA. The top recruiter companies are mass recruiters.

Infrastructure: Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management has very nice infrastructure. Our college has three grounds: one in the front where the Indian flag stands, and the others are for playing sports. There are no air conditioners in the classes, but Wi-Fi is available in all departments. The library is also good, with a lot of books to read, and there is a digital library where we can read e-books.

Faculty: The curriculum of my branch, Information Technology, is very interesting and up to the newest technology. I am very excited to study new subjects that are related to real life and will be implemented later in our lives. This course makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty level is better, ranging from easy to medium; anyone with good knowledge can do well.

Pros and cons of joining ADGITM.

Placements: I scored 80+ percentile in my JEE Main exams and got admission in the year of 2020 in adgitm college. The lowest package of placement in this college is 3-4lpa and the highest was 45lpa last year. Avg placement goes upto 7lpa every year. Top roles that are offered in B.Tech IT course of this college are data scientist, app developed, software engineer and game developed.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good but not too big. College campus is small as compared to other colleges of IPU. Wi-Fi is available at every floor and proper facilities of labs and classrooms are provided. There is no of hostel in this college you have to make your own arrangement of living if you are an outside.

Faculty: Every teacher there is highly qualified and educated. Teaching quality is great and my experience is also great from the year 2020. Currently in my third year and every teacher has taught well on the basis of curriculum. There are two types of internal exams taken during one semester and 1 external exam is taken during one semester.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Companies like Wipro, TCS, HCL, etc., visit our campus for placements. The highest salary package offered in our department is 6.75 LPA. Around 80% of students got internship opportunities in good companies. Top roles depend on students' skills.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It has one of the good campuses across all the IP colleges. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. It has two huge beautiful gardens. It provides parking facilities. There is no hostel in our college. Our college has a good canteen. It provides good food. Our college provides good infrastructure for sports.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful. They are honest in their work. They help us in our careers. They have in-depth knowledge of their subjects. They teach us very well.
