It is a good college but need to improve placements.

Placements: There are placements for CS IS, EC etc., but there are no placements for civil engineering. You can start developing yourself because the college schedule gives a lot of free time. Many MNCs has visited the college, but selection percentage is low. We can expect an average salary if we get placed.

Infrastructure: I would like to say that the infrastructure is average in this college. You have a library, spacious classrooms, playground etc. The hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls with the canteen. A gym is also available for fitness. The college surrounds lush green lawns and trees.

Faculty: The teachers are always helpful unless and until you make use of them. Some have a good experience, and some are new. Almost everyone is qualified, and they are knowledgeable. Normal green boards are used for teaching, in some cases, projectors are used. The student to faculty ratio is good. I believe that the course curriculum was good.

A college with excellent infrastructure and hostel life.

Placements: There are about 600 students studying in this college and only 200 get placed every year i.e. about 33% students get placed. The highest salary has gone up to 7.25 lakhs and the lowest has gone up to 3.25 lakhs PA. The most frequently visiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Incadea, IBM , HP etc. Most of the students initially get the role in a call centre and later as regular office job workers. The students get very less internship here.

Infrastructure: Our campus has an excellent infrastructure and all the facilities are available inside the campus. The campus has an area of about 105 acres and also includes a medical college and a hospital. The transportation is very good as there are more than 20 buses which run around the city and cost less. I stay in the hostel which is very good but the mess is not that good according to the money they take and it needs improvement. Wi-Fi is also available in the campus.

Faculty: The faculty members are very friendly in the civil and mechanical departments but in the other departments like computer science, electrical and electronics, they are very strict. They do not have much knowledge but they pretend to be perfect. The average student to faculty ratio is 20 students per faculty. We have industrial tours, dam visits, and other technical seminars as well.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The highest salary offered is Rs.24,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Google, Oracle, Dell, Infosys, Tata, HCL, Cipla, Bosch, SAP, Subex, IBM, Deloitte, Harman, NTT Data, JBM, Hetero, and Lab Corp. More than 700 students get placed every year in good roles.

Infrastructure: Our college consists of well-facilitated labs, classrooms, and a library. It has a cricket ground, basketball court, and indoor games to play. Inter-college competitions are held in our college for sports like cricket and basketball. Students are encouraged to participate in the competitions.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum makes students ready for industry. Industry visits are arranged to help students in the future. Placement training is provided in our college.

Other: I chose this course because of my dream to work in the construction field. Our college organises great events and fests. The campus environment is good.

Good infrastructure and campus ! Teaching is good !

Placements: Placements are not that good though the number of companies are increasing year by year ! Most of my seniors got placed in companies like L&T, cognizant, TCS, hpetc ! The average salary is 15000 - 20000 ! Yea there is a placement cell and it's very useful !

Infrastructure: Separate blocks for all the engineering branches ! The campus is huge with playground ! There are two cafeterias ! Labs are well-equipped ! Campus is filled with trees and lush green grass ! Classrooms are neat with quality benches and desks (not air conditioned ! Who needs air conditioning when the campus has so much of greenery between) Library is also big and has a lot of books ! Food quality at the canteen is excellent ! Hostel rooms are on 3 sharing basis with attached bathroom though the food is not that good at the hostel mess ! There is East point Hospital which is a few steps away in case of any medical emergencies !

Faculty: The faculty is good, qualified and knowledgeable too ! The teaching is dependent on the teachers though, you can report to the CEO and immediate action will be taken ! It's basically student friendly college ! Will be getting industry exposure in the 3rd year !

Other: Fest will be held in the even semester probably in the month of February or March known as samskruthi ! Campus has huge number of students because EPGI has many courses like pharmacy, various degrees like BBA B.Com engineering, pu etc. The campus is basically located in a village like you don' have any malls, theaters etc. ! The nearest mall is Phoenix market city which is around 12 kms from the campus ! There are many hotels outside the college ( don;t expect Michelin star ).

East point college of engineering and technology.

Placements: Not more than 10 students have been placed in the entire batch of 2014-2018. Don't expect to get placed once you pass out from this college. More than half of the students are not even eligible to attend placement due to poor academic performance.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but it has not been maintained well. Quality of classrooms are horrible in civil engineering department. No doors and windows for the classrooms in my four years of engineering life. The campus is very huge and looks attractive from outside but it lacks many things. Food available in canteen is dirty and horrible. Labs are good. Hostel lacks basic facilities like drinking water and students have to pay to get water. No security is provided in hostel. Many goons from outside get drink and enter the hostel.

Faculty: Coming to the faculty they are good. But all good teachers are leaving the college as they haven't been getting their payment regularly. Civil and mechanical departments have the best faculty. We got very good industry exposure in civil engineering. Teachers are very helpful.
