I'm satisfied with my faculty and the labs and library are good .

Placements: I'm in 2nd year, so as of now, there have been no placement events. Therefore, I don't know much about that, and I have to research it. But I know about fashion designing students; they do internships every semester. And for B.Sc. students, there is an internship provided in the summer.

Infrastructure: Our college faculty is very nice and cooperative, and our college's infrastructure is also good. Nice and clean washrooms, and as a girl, I personally like the cleanliness in the washrooms. Sanitary pad machines are provided, and there is a separate room for girls only. The classes are also nice. The library is good, and there is a reading room for students. The labs provide the instruments and chemicals we need for experiments, and in the hostel, the food is nice.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified; they have done PhDs, and the teaching quality is good. The semester exams are sometimes difficult; it depends on how much one studies. It comes under Punjab University, and the passing percentage is, I think, 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to do industrial microbiology so that I can find a job in a pharmaceutical company. I wish that the college does not take as much fine for attendance shortage and for mid-semester tests. Rather than that, the events, surroundings, etc., everything is great.

Good college to study in Chandigarh.

Placements: Placements are average for science and art students but they are way better for the commerce department including BCA BBA and BCom courses. Many big companies like Deloitte and Axis Bank came to college for internships and placements. Placements for nonmedical are also good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. The classrooms are not so good as benches are okay, but no smart classes are there, only projectors and fans are there which is okay. Study is very good here like proper syllabus completion and mid-semester tests are taken properly.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and experienced. Exams are a bit easy, but marking is very hard, so it is advisable to study properly and maintain their attendance otherwise a fine is charged. Overall services are very good, but exposure is not so much so that it.

Other: Overall best college in Chandigarh.

A place where your search ends (SD College).

Placements: Beautiful college with excellent faculty and great infrastructure. The costly course is IT, and students can also pursue diploma courses, which also help students become skilled. In my course, students study animals and plants. And explore themselves.

Infrastructure: There is a cafeteria, Nescafe, and various departments for various subjects. We also have well-equipped labs with a botanical garden and playground with a sports teacher, and there is also a NCC and NSS for every student.

Faculty: There is semester system where odd even semester. And our teachers helps alot to everyone they are fully qualified, having Ph.D.s in their subjects, and most of the staff is CSIR, UGC NET-qualified teachers, and students required 35% for UG and PG students required 40% in each semester. Every UG course has 3 years (6 semesters).

Other: I want to opt for teaching, so that's why I did a B.Sc., and now I am pursuing a B. Ed S. D. has a beautiful curriculum for every course.

College is good for fun and studies.

Placements: My course is not a placement course so students will not get placed. No top recruiting companies visit the college. No students get internships. No job roles offered in the course.

Infrastructure: My classroom is well-equipped with whiteboard and projector. My hostel has Wi-Fi and washing machines. The quality of food available in the mess is quite good. 24/7 ambulance is available in our hostel. Nurse is also there in the hostel .

Faculty: All teachers have Ph.D. degree, are well qualified and quite knowledgeable. Semester exams are not that difficult. Teachers are very helpful and even take extra classes. Though the college doesn't make students industry ready. Passing percentage is quite good in college .

Yes, definitely. You can apply with this score anywhere including private institutes and about getting admission in a government organization, it depend on merit but if we talk about the private institutes you will definitely get the same.
