Placements: Nearly 70% of students got placed in 2024. The highest package is 37 LPA, and the lowest salary is 3 LPA. Roles offered in GSSS Mysore are data analyst, cloud engineer, software developer, QA engineer, software engineer, system engineer, network engineer, and business analyst, mainly from IT and core engineering and service companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel, labs, Wi-Fi, library, classroom with projectors, canteen, and all are available in our college. High-quality facilities like food, security, and hygiene are available. Medical facilities are also available at this college. Equal preference will be given to both sports and education.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly in our college. They help us with doubts and projects. They are highly qualified and have deep knowledge of their subjects. The training for placements is also given in our college where industrial experts will take classes. Clearing the semester is very easy, and almost 80% of the people will clear every subject in the semester.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a software developer. Events will be conducted frequently so that the students can get exposure to the topics of their interest.

An insightful glimpse into our college experience.
Placements: I'm so happy about my college and the course I have chosen. 100% of students have been placed and the highest package is 32 LPA, and the lower package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are hiring us. Students also get internships and different roles.
Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure, labs, a library, and good classrooms for learning. The hostel facility is very good and provides good care for the students without any problems. They provide Wi-Fi when needed for students for their study usage.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and take good care of us and provide good wishes towards the education. The course curriculum is relevant and also helpful for us in our future. Teachers provide good teaching and we do not feel that semester exams are difficult.
Other: I like the college because of their education and how important they give to students and how they make us explore every part of education. The connectivity and the campus are very fabulous and it feels good to read and learn there.

Our college provides good placements, and it is the only girls' college in Karnal for engineering.
Placements: In our college, all branches have good placement opportunities, especially CSE and ISE. Placements are good. Placement training will be conducted every semester. Every year, around 95% of students get placements. Our college provides placement assistance. The highest salary package offered by Visa this year is 32 LPA. Companies like Visa, Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, HP, Lulu Lemon, Pure Storage, etc., visit our college. Many students got internships from the pre-final year in Being, HP, etc.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in both the college and hostel. Classrooms, a lab, and a library are good. The hostel is strict. We have only 1 canteen where the menu is limited. Sports facilities are very good. Many students have participated in nationals. The food served in the hostel is good.
Faculty: Our college is VTU-affiliated. In semester exams, except for 2 or 3 students who will have backlogs in a few subjects, all will pass in our branch. When it comes to teaching, you can expect only a few teachers who teach well. Prefinal year and 2nd-year students are taken for pre-placement talks, webinars, etc.
Other: Our college is strict and less crowded. Our college conducts fests once a year. They are simple.

Placements of 2023 batch students are top notch .
Placements: So in our class we are of 63 students and the number of students placed are almost 50 something students. The lowest package is 2.5 Lacs per annum and the highest package is around 20 to 40 Lacs. Samsung, Lululemon, Dell, Siemens, Societe general etc. Around 10 to 15% students got internship. Associate Trainee, Software developed, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is good and also hostel buildings are good and also they provide Wi-Fi for hostel students. They have library with Wi-Fi connection. And classrooms are clean and tidy and with very good faculty. Washrooms are clean and tidy. We have canteen and cafe in our college. Our campus is eco friendly with good environment.
Faculty: Faculty are very good and are professional with good skill set. Curricular activities are not very often. Semester exams can passed easily but to score we must study hard and lecturers also provide trips to study for exams. And also our faculty members are friendly to approach related to academics doubts and they also help us in our projects. Students learn the skill set of languages of computer and they provide placement training for students. Pass percentage in our batch is sometimes 95% but in last year it was 100% results.
Other: I choose this course because its related to computer Science and have enormous to learn about new technology and to be updated to new technology. To improve I wish there shouldn't be any comaprision between computer Science and information Science. Our college also conduct conference like IEEE and also college fest, department fest etc.

Excellent faculty, good infrastructure, and decent placements.
Placements: The college had a dedicated placement cell, which helped many of my batchmates secure good jobs. I myself got placed in a reputable company through campus recruitment. The highest package was 33 LPA, the lowest was 4 LPA, and the average package was around 7 to 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi facility on the campus and in the hostel. We can utilize Wi-Fi facility only in the library. Coming to hostel facilities, rooms were very neat and clean. There were no medical facilities. You had to take permission to go to the hospital, and one attender will come with you.
Faculty: Professors were always available to clear doubts and provide guidance. They were supportive and encouraged us to ask questions and explore our interests. The passing of a semester was a bit easy. Faculty members were knowledgeable and supportive, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The curriculum was well-structured, and the college offered various electives to chose from.
Other: I completed my Information Science and Technology from GSSSIETW in the year 2024, and I must say it was an incredible journey. Here’s my honest review.
