Hans Raj College admission to all the programmes is entrance-based. While the college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BA (Hons), BSc, BSc (Hons) and BCom, BCom (Hons), admission to all the postgraduate programmes is based on the scores obtained by students in the CUET-PG exam (starting admission 2023). The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG from 2022 onward and the CUET PG from the 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was subject to merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. However, the university still accepts ECA quota admissions.
Along with the regular undergraduate and postgraduate courses, Hansraj College also offers various short-term programmes and several language courses to students. Hansraj College BSc course has two application proces : CUET application process, and CSAS-UG application process. To begin the CUET application process, candidates must visit the official website of CUET 2024 and follow the below steps:

Candidates who are seeking admission to UG or PG courses of University of Delhi must esnure to register for DU CSAS. The DU CSAS registration for UG has commenced at admission.uod.ac.in. However, the registeration window for PG admissions have closed.
DU CSAS portal 2026 will be actiavted at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. University of Delhi launchs CSAS portal 2026 in June.
