It is a great college, though strict. Facilities and infrastructure are amazing here.

Placements: B.Sc. Physical Science is not a top course, so placements are not that good. Companies visit the college for placements. In the end, it depends on our skill set, but as for the campus placements, they fall behind. Other courses, such as B.Com (Hons) or Eco Hons, have great placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Every classroom, canteen, library, and every place is air-conditioned. The quality of food is good, not so amazing, but good. Sports and games are available. Almost every sport is available. There is also a good society for sports.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced. Some teachers are polite, and some are rude. It depends on person to person. The course curriculum is relevant as we've been learning C+ and data structures, which is very helpful for that. Semester exams are somewhat easy. Some subjects are easy to score.

Placements: There is placement in Hansraj College, but these opportunities are much more for commerce background students. There are placements for science and arts backgrounds, but less than for commerce. In 2024, one boy and one girl from CS took a package of 23 LPA.

Infrastructure: Drinking water facilities are good. Toilets are too good, and some are under construction. Classrooms are the best; they are fully air-conditioned. Computer science labs are excellent with i7 computers, which are really smooth to work on. Sports facilities are not too good; there is less equipment in sports, and some are not in condition to play.

Faculty: All teachers have done PhDs. They are helpful in studies, and you can take doubt sessions in groups or personally. The course curriculum is very relevant, and you can go for three different fields: physics, mathematics, and computer science. Exam levels are medium, and the pass percentage is 33.

Other: This course has three different fields. You can go for three different fields in the future. Hansraj College gives the same window or status as a BA program course. Events are the best, and there is a huge crowd in college. I have availed fee concession up to 25% or 50%.

Placements: My course has a very low placement percentage, but we get internships in various companies according to our interests in fields like social media, coding, etc. Many companies visit my college, but it depends on our skills to help us secure placements; the college name doesn't significantly aid in the process.

Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is very good, but the seats are limited, so they allocate space to 1-2 persons in every course based on their marks. The mess food is really good; they provide healthy meals and a variety of dishes. The hostel also has designated game times.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The semester exams are neither too tough nor too easy. The passing criteria is approximately 4 CGPA in a year, and the exams are held twice a year, i.e., semester-wise. The teachers also involve us in extracurricular activities; many camps are held at our college, and they give us the chance to manage those events.

Other: Currently, I'm in my second year, and the duration of the programming courses has been extended since students can complete their college in either three or four years. After four years, a person will receive the honors degree.

The infrastructure and greenery are very attractive in this college.

Placements: Many opportunities are provided by our college, and everyone gets proper placements but students have the skills in an area which they are applicable in doing master's in it. The top companies visit our campus to hire students.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided by our college are the best. Students will be very happy to know that our library provides good quality of silence. Wi-Fi is enabled. Most important students have a huge collection of books. Grounds are available till 4.00 PM. It provides basketball, chess, carrom, etc. The students have a stadium with a badminton court.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they provide basic qualities of education. The course curriculum is relevant, and it has good scope. Students have very good exams as teachers provide the best notes for them.

Other: I chose this course as it offers the basic needs of every subject as there is physics, maths, and computer science in it. Students can get ready for each subject. Fests and events are held in every manner and every society is there. Scholarship extracurricular activities are very good and they can help students to make their best version.

All about Hansraj College's crowd, library, canteen, ground, placements, etc.

Placements: I am in the first year right now and pursuing B.Sc. Physical Science with Computer Science. Overall, the course curriculum is good. There is a better placement for B.Com (honors) students. There is placement of B.Sc. . students also but compared to B.Com, it is less. There is also a placement cell which helps a lot in placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities are provided like Wi-Fi, labs, air-conditioned classrooms, and a good library where almost every course-related books are available. Wi-Fi is slow in the college not only in Hansraj but in all Delhi University colleges. Canteen is good enough and better than north campus college. Ground is available and LP is also there.

Faculty: All teachers are supportive and the best professors are available to teach you. All are experienced and one of our teachers is teaching since last 36 years. Semester exams are not difficult if you have attended the lectures and classes regularly. You should make notes so that you can refer to them at exam time.

Other: I chose physical science with computer science. As this course is good to pursue and there are multiple doors for you. You can pursue M.Sc. in any of three subjects namely, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, or computer science.

I am satisfied with this college in all aspects.

Placements: The companies that visited for placements were good. Companies like Microsoft, Adobe, also come for CSE profiles. Overall placements were good for every branch. The lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: In this college, hostel was good. The facilities were lower but overall was good. The infrastructure was top class. Mess was very hygienic, and the food they provide was tasty, and it feel like our home food. The quality of food was good. That's all for hostel infrastructure and mess.

Faculty: Faculty members were highly qualified, helpful, and very supportive. The teaching quality was excellent. The course curriculum was relevant, it makes the students industry-ready. The exam was conducted on time. The passing percentage was as the government decided.

Our college is very famous in the whole country.

Placements: About 25% of students got placed in my course. 1 Lac, 80,000, and 40,000 are the highest, average, and lowest salaries offered, respectively. Flipkart, Airtel, other MNCs and also startup companies come here. 60% of students got internships in Unacademy, BYJU's, Padhai, Gurukul etc. Data entry, lab assistant, teacher, executives, etc., roles are offered.

Infrastructure: The college has very great infrastructure and facilities. The campus is hygienic and safe. The classrooms have free Wi-Fi. We get free accounts on educational applications like Wolfram, Microsoft Team etc. A good and hygienic canteen is present. We have a great medical team with a small medical room inside the college.

Faculty: We are lucky to be taught by such good teachers. They have great understanding. They are highly qualified from popular universities. The course helps people develop their knowledge in various fields. Semester exams are moderate, which can easily be cracked by a little effort. The pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I chose this course because it gives knowledge not only of one subject but many subjects. This is the best thing about my course. Maintaining more diversity would be better. Our college organises many events like fresher's party, drama competition, music competition, modeling competition etc. All the colleges of DU participate in them. Students are very helpful to each other.

Every faculty member is well managed.

Placements: Every year many students take admission in this Hansraj College. Especially for the science stream, there are many possibilities to get placements in very high salary packages offering companies. Many companies visit here and offer good placements to students, especially for the science stream and commerce stream and in many cases in the arts stream as well.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good in Hansraj College, and it is very newly built. Moreover, the campus is very beautiful and also attractive for every student as there is very much greenery. Our principal named Dr. Rama madam has designed this college very perfectly.

Faculty: Non-teaching staff members and other staff members are excellent here as I get to know about them because I am a third-year student, and I have experienced a lot in this college. I have seen many teachers and many non-teaching staff members as well. Each of them is perfect in their work.

Other: My course is B.Sc physical science with computer science. I have chosen this course because in this course I have three subjects, i.e., maths, chemistry and computer science. So, after graduating from this college, I have 3 fields to opt for, i.e., maths, physics or computer science. So I can pursue my further studies in any of these three subjects. Although labs are very well designed here, I will just recommend our college to conduct lab classes regularly for our course. Events, fest, campus and everything is well managed by our principal named Dr Rama madam.
