No proper Campus due to temporary campus

Placements: The placement statics of 2024 is not good because only 25% students got placed due to temporary campus that we got but placement in 2023 is quite good. In few months we will shift to new campus so placement there will surely improve because we will have permanent campus.

Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure because we were in temporary campus currently but in few months we will back to permanent campus. There will be good infrastructure because of permanent campus here only. One academic building is there for entire college due to that we lack with infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are good, they interact with students alot. They help students for better academics strength. They trained us for placements. They helped me alot. Good environment is here with no ragging. Everyone enjoys the curriculum so much. We have many exams and good curriculum here.

Other: Till Now campus isn't allotted so no proper Infrastructure nothing is here. There are lot of problems in terms of placements.

Placement is good, and the college is decent.

Placements: The placement cell is good at this college. But last year, we faced some sort of issues because of recession. Hopefully, everything will be solved next year. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Yuga byte, Capgemini, etc. 55–60 percent students are placed.

Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are clean and overall good. Wi-Fi-free campus; speed is a little bit low sometimes because every student is using it at the same time. Hostel food, as usual, is average. Every college has this same issue. Medical facilities are there. Sports and games are also there.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They have a high amount of knowledge. Also, the good part is that whenever we faced any issues regarding study, they helped us throughout the 4 years. If, as an engineering student, you have to study hard, then the semester will be very easy. Just gain practical knowledge.

Difficulties due to the temporary campus.

Placements: Last year, placements went considerably down due to the recession, but now things are improving slowly, but still, placements are not up to par. Companies are coming to interview the current 3rd-year students for internships, but the number of companies is not that high. Hopefully, the condition will improve in the next year. Last year, the highest package was 54 Lacs (Amazon off-campus); on-campus, the highest was 53 Lacs (Yugabute).

Infrastructure: Currently, we are operating from a temporary campus of Sinhgad College. We are hoping to move to our new campus by January 2025. Facilities at the temporary campus are not that good, but they are still manageable. The hostel is good. The college building is not that properly equipped as it is a temporary setup. Hopefully, the permanent campus will have the required infrastructure.

Faculty: The curriculum is good, but the exams are tough as compared to other colleges. You need to do really well to get a high CGPA. For the first two years, the syllabus for both ECE and CSE was largely the same. In the fourth semester, core ECE subjects are introduced. Overall, the curriculum is good; just one needs to study hard.

Other: The college is quite young, established in 2016, so the clubs are also just coming into shape, but the students are quite enthusiastic about organizing events with the limited resources. Annual cultural festival: Conclaves Technical Fest-E Summit Sports meet-Eklavya Events and sports activities are going on throughout the year.

Really, the best college in Pune, worth it.

Placements: Placement at IIIT Pune is good, with about 95% of students who applied for placements being placed. The highest package at IIIT Pune in 2023 is 55 LPA from Yogabyte, with an average package of 17 LPA in the CSE branch and 14 LPA in the ECE branch. Top companies like Microsoft, Yogabyte, etc., visit the college.

Infrastructure: College campus is not permanent; it is under construction near Talegaon, covering about a 100-acre campus. Currently, the college is in Singhgad campus and using hostels of Singhgad Institute. Hostel facility is good, and the mess food is also tasty. We are playing on the Singhgad Institute ground.

Faculty: Faculty is well educated and teaching is good. The academics section regularly makes proper semester plans. The exam section conducts exams properly without any cheating, and the curriculum of the college is relevant and helpful for placement. The difficulty of semester exams is above average level.

Other: I am interested in tech and the ECE branch, which is the best in this college. Fest name of IIIT Pune is I conclaves, which is very exciting, and many colleges come to the college for competitions. Events like Shivjayanti and Ganesh Chaturti happened in the college. Extracurricular activities like sports and arts, etc., are very exciting in college.

Come only for placements, not for college life.

Placements: Better than many NITs and lower-branch IITs, good placements, even during the recession, our seniors got good packages, and we do not have a campus right now, so we might be getting somewhat fewer packages (last year avg package - 17 LPA, least 9 LPA) which is actually pretty good, but the placements will improve a lot after we get a permanent campus.

Infrastructure: Just an academic building block, 2 boys hostel blocks, and a girls hostel plus a mess, that's all, nothing more. We are in a temporary rent campus, under Sinhgad Institutes; they say that our permanent campus will be available from this year, 2024 July. It's going to be a 100-acre campus.

Faculty: Teachers are obviously pretty helpful and knowledgeable. Even though one of our best sir, Nitesh Bharadwaj, moved on to some NIT, the curriculum is still pretty good. There are only 2 branches on our campus, which is a major plus point because we don't have to deal with Biology, Chemistry, Mechanical, like other top colleges. It's completely related to technology, and ECE and CSE are almost equal here. Semester exams are kind of easy if you just start studying at least a week before exams.

Other: Right now, reduce your expectations to ZERO for freshers party and fests; it happens rarely (said by seniors). Although we had a fest, conclaves this year, it's not that good. We have no sports ground in the temporary campus; we have to share it with other college students.
