Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is a popular educational course that emphasises on the basic key elements of computer programming as well as networking. The average package offered to IIT Goa BTech students during the recent 2022 placements stood at INR 23.4 LPA. In addition to the course fee, candidates are also required to pay the application fee while JEE registration. The same for BTech at IIT Goa through JEE Main official website is INR 1,000 for boys and for girls (of General/ Gen-EWS/ OBC (NCL categories), it is INR 800. 

Admission to BTech at IIT Goa is JEE Advanced based. Candidates seeking admission to BTech cannot get admission to any IIT with only the scores of JEE Main. JEE Advanced followed by JEE Main is the complete requirement. After the selection exams are over, JoSAA Counselling is conducted for seat allotment of BTech courses. Candidates who are eligible to get a seat need to pay the admission fee to confirm their admission to the shortlisted course.

IIIT Allahabad accpets JEE Main score for admission to the BTech courses. As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 4817 and 8428 for BTech. 

So, considering the previous year Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks, candidates seeking admission to IIIT Allahabad must secure a rank over and above 4800 and 9600 for the General ALL India category candidates.

To get admission to BTech at IIT Goa, candidate must have a valid rank in the JEE Advanced exam. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks varied between 6242 and 13451. Given below are the branch-wise cutoff ranks for the General AI category:

IIT Goa JEE Advanced cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 4654 and, 10653 for the General AII India category students. Among all the BTech specialisations, BTech in CSE is the most competitive specialisation. The Last Round for Computer Science and Engineering is 4654 for the General AI category.

Furthermore, according to IIT Goa OBC AI category cutoff 2024, the Last Round closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering is 1987.
