IIITDM Kurnool MTech Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Selection, Accepted Exam , How to Apply

MTech at IIITDM Kurnool is a PG-level course offered for a duration of two years. This programme is spread across various specialisations, including Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Drone and IoT, Robotics and Automation, and Smart Manufacturing. Moreover, all these courses are offered in full-time mode. Meritorious students of the batch get the opportunity for student exchange for a period of 12 months with University of Agder, Norway. Other than this, MTech students will be eligible for upgradation to PhD if they satisfy the following criteria:

• The candidate should have completed a minimum of 2 semesters in the MTech programme

• The candidate should have a minimum CGPA of 8.0 in the prescribed courses

Admission to IIITDM Kurnool MTech courses is offered based on marks obtained in the GATE exam, followed by CCMT counselling. Moreover, candidates must also check out the below-mentioned eligibility criteria before applying:
