IIITDM Kurnool MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MTech at IIITDM Kurnool is a PG-level course offered for a duration of two years. This programme is spread across various specialisations, including Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Drone and IoT, Robotics and Automation, and Smart Manufacturing. Moreover, all these courses are offered in full-time mode. Meritorious students of the batch get the opportunity for student exchange for a period of 12 months with University of Agder, Norway. Other than this, MTech students will be eligible for upgradation to PhD if they satisfy the following criteria:

No, students can't get admission in IIITDM Kancheepuram without appearing for any of the accepted entrance exam. The institute accepts students only through entrance + counselling/ PI basis. Even for Non-GATE applicants, appearing for the institute's written test is required.
