Placements: The complete batch was placed according to their stream and 100% placement ensured from the establishment of the institution. The batch undergoes mechanical and electrical engineering and Jnu affiliation ensures the knowledge provided to cadets is like nowhere else.

Infrastructure: State of the art infrastructure with labs, classrooms, workshops, sports facilities, canteen, shopping complex. They living conditions are designed to best fit the strenuous routine being undergone by cadets. Swimming pool, watermanship and horse riding are few additional interest areas.

Faculty: Applied electronics and communication, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering are the three courses available. Other than the three cadets undergo overall development and naval subjects which will help them in stepping into the boots of a officer.

Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for 5 day Service Selection Board (SSB) interview process based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains 2017. SSB process consists of two steps: Step I - Screening Test Screening Test is conducted on the first day of the process and it consists of Officer Intelligent Rating Test (OIR) and Picture Perception and Discussion (PPDT) Test in which candidates are tested for general aptitude, reasoning and intelligence Stage II - Only those candidates who qualify at step-I are admitted to the four days long IInd stage/remaining tests. This stage is broadly divided into further 4 categories: 1) Psychological Testing 2) Personal Interview 3) Ground Tasks Officer (GTO) Testing and 4) Conference Round
Medical Testing
Candidates recommended on the basis of performance in Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview are then required to appear before a Medical Board for about a week long medical testings. Candidates appearing for SSB interview for the first time for a particular type of Commission i.e. Permanent or Short Service, shall be entitled up to AC III Tier to and fro railway fare or bus fare.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected through merit prepared on the basis of recommendations from SSB and Medical boards.
