Really happy with the college facilities.

Placements: I think Janki Devi Memorial College provides average placements. The average salary package offered starts from 6 LPA. I am a fresher so I don't have much idea. These are the reviews given by seniors. They also mentioned that placement depends on the course.

Infrastructure: Janki Devi Memorial College has well-built infrastructure. College provide us with a well-built library, classrooms, labs, and a sports ground. A neat and clean environment is provided in the college and hostel itself. The college also provides good medical facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members of this college are really good. Every professor is helpful,and they really want us to grow and achieve in our lives. There are many workshops held in college to build our foundation strong. Many student-teacher interactive sessions are also conducted.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to have the knowledge of both history and political Science.

A true gem of a college to have.

Placements: The placement cell is very active and provide a lot of opportunities for students with prestigious offer then even the students can never ignore or forget about ever. The students themselves talk a lot about the placement cell, which shows how good it is in itself.

Infrastructure: The food quality is very well maintained. The hostel staff is very helpful considering any problem that arises and the hygiene of the whole hostel is given a topmost priority, with the security guard present for guarding all day long for the safety.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful regardless of what year you are in, and especially when you're a fresher, they guide you a lot throughout your college days. The exams are also conducted really smoothly so that the only thing students can have to worry about is learning for the exams.

Other: The diverse exposure you get while entering is amazing, and the people here are really friendly, especially the seniors. With the anti-ragging scheme, it is going really well.

Just explore all the opportunities that it provides, and it will become a great place to call home.

Placements: There was not much of a placement cell for the B.A. programme. As far as my knowledge goes for this course, there was no recruitment, but with events happening. Around 10 to 20% people found what they wanted to do, but even they had external placement. Just explore your options in college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure was quite good, the courses offered are good, and the hostel was newly built, so it was decent as well. Library was beautiful, there were many societies that one can participate in, but it was crucial that you explore it all and be out there. All the other facilities were decent.

Faculty: Teachers were inspiring with a good curriculum in place. They did not give practical knowledge to make students ready for the world, but also provided practical knowledge. The semester exam wont feel too difficult if you pay attention in class and stay on track with the studies.

Other: I wanted to go into civil services, for which I chose this course. It was beneficial to me. The events were decent, dont expect too much.

Placements: More than 50% of students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Deloitte, and IBM. The placement cell is active. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 8 LPA. Internships are offered in companies like Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, Mamaearth, etc. We can also have part-time and full-time internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Our campus has peaceful environment. Hostel is well-equipped with all the necessities. There is a huge library and several books are available. An e-resource center provides hundred of laptops for students with air-conditioned rooms. The food served in the canteen is great at affordable prices. Sports club is very active. There is a playground for sports like basketball, table tennis, etc. Classrooms are well-equipped with wooden chairs and smartboards.

Faculty: Faculty members are understanding and well-qualified. They are ready to help their students at any time. They also provide essential resources to help their children. Semester exams are moderate. One can pass the exams by preparing beforehand.

Other: Our campus life is great. You have access to the biggest Karol Bagh market here popular for its apparel and accessories. Shopping complexes and food outlets are within walking distance. Connaught Place is 10 minutes away from this college. You can also explore India Gate, Red Fort, Juma Masjid, etc. Old Rajendra Nagar is nearby this college. It is the hub of coaching centers for civil services. Our campus crowd is average. Many societies are active in every area, such as girl empowerment, dancing, singing, music, drama, national service, national cadets, etc. Our campus has good environment.

Good placement, supportive faculty and positive vibe.

Placements: Placements at jdmc is decent but also depend on the course to course for the students of B.A. programme placement is not the main strength but many students looks for internships. The package offered is generally range from around 2-3 LPA to 6-7 LPA, with some students getting higher.

Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure with Wi-Fi classrooms, well-equipped labs and decent library and comfortable study space. Quality of mess food is average but has good Wi-Fi connection basic medical facilities are available hostel facilities are decent and clean .

Faculty: Faculty members are mostly helpful, approachable and well qualified. Overall experience has been good campus life is enjoyable hereu2026with various events fests and even college is also well connected and there are good opportunities for students to participate.

College is very peaceful with good faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: 20%-30% of students got placed from our college. In my course, B.A. students are willing to appear in government exams, so this percentage of placement is quite good. There is a career opportunity cell in our college which helps to provide better career options to students. The top recruitment are from EY, JLL, Zomato, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities for students such as library, computer labs, research room, recording room, etc. Our campus is very neat and clean, and there is a lots of greenery. Washrooms are clean and hygiene is maintained. Canteen is affordable and good.

Faculty: Faculty members of my course are very good. Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful, they even guide us in exploring our knowledge. B.A. program curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not that much tough. 40% in theory and 40% are the passing percentage.

Other: I chose this course because I want to pursue government jobs, so this course will help me a lot as my combination is history and political science. I would like to improve the timetable for SEC and VAC classes. Fest and events are organized timely by student unions and societies. There are sports facilities as well, which involve non-sports students also. NCC is also available in our college. There are almost more 40 clubs for extracurricular activities.

Absolutely satisfied with facilities or infrastructure; teachers are supportive.

Placements: I don't know the accurate percentage of placed students, but here many more students are placed from JDMC. The average package is around INR 3-5 lakh per annum, and the maximum is around INR 16 lakh per annum. The top recruiting companies are: IBM India, Tata AIG, HDFC, ICICI Pru, Goldman Sachs, Godrej, and many more.

Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is good, and its location is also good. Behind the college, a forest reserve area is located, and many times I saw some peacocks in my college. In front of the college, the main market of Karol Bagh and the institutional hub of education are situated. There are many institutes like Drishti Vision, Aakash Byju's, and many more.

Faculty: Here, all the teachers are well qualified, and they are selected as per the guidelines of the university administration. Semester exams are average, but additional courses are too good. If they are interested in courses, then they have come to the right place. Here, all the teachers try to do their best for us.

Other: I chose this course due to my interest in political science, or UPSC. In a year, there are many events and fests, and recently, famous singer Stebin came to our college to perform at a fest.
