Review of Kings Engineering College.

Placements: Nowadays this course is very efficient to get placements easier and many companies are interested in it. IT companies concentrate on communication skills and coding. Small companies only offer placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not bad. Some basic needs like water and power are some time not provided properly. Food is good. They provide the same food continuously like weekly 4 times they provide idly with chutney. Sometimes idly was not cooked properly.

Faculty: Teaching is not bad but needs more quality. Student and teachers relationship is not good. Some of the teachers behave rudely with students.

Other: College does not organise any cultural programs. They follow old techniques to handle the students.

Money minded college with no education.

Placements: Very fewer placement opportunities due to lack training and even today only a few got placed. The BPO hired the engineering student to get placed. The salary offered was Rs. 14000 per month and the college was completely money minded. They have their own rules for justifying themselves. If you have good skills then only you can survive.

Infrastructure: Good campus with a vast space. The food provided was horrible and sometimes it is very good. Yearly once that too during Christmas. Every day they have their reasons for the things which are not going well. You cannot bring your vehicle and make you walk for a kilometre from the entrance which is horrible.

Faculty: The faculty members speak in good language Tamil and when comes for English only that department staff will speak. Other than that you can speak English. The Coaching will be like they will ask questions and ask the student to take topics and cover the class timings. Few faculty have teaching skills other than that most are worst in teaching.

Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
