All about the magic of Lady Shree Ram.

Placements: Placement totally depends on students' skills and overall CVs. The average package is around 8-9 LPA. The highest is 40 LPA. Roles being offered are consulting and content writing. Talking about internship opportunities, the college provides on-campus internships which are quite difficult to get.

Infrastructure: LSR has the best infrastructure like red walls, canteens, tennis court, Nescafe, everything feels so relaxing for real. For my department, classes take place in the old building. Classrooms and labs are well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the college doesn't have hostel facilities for 2-3 years.

Faculty: For philosophy, the faculty is good. Almost all the professors are well-qualified and knowledgeable so overall teaching quality is fine. Talking about the course, it doesn't make one industry-ready in order to become one, one has to work on her skills and CV making. Semester exams are easy.

Lady Shri Ram College for women.

Placements: Some take placement while some prefer to go for further education. Many of the students opt for internships like 2 lakh INR for 3 months. Roles for my course are freelancer, analyst and HR.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is awesome. Classrooms are spacious and possess a studious environment. Mess, Nescafe, mother diary and canteen food are just amazing and worth it.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. Environment of the college is school like. There is some issue of attendance like there might be some issues if you have attendance of less than 67 percent.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Around 35 students got placed in our course. The average salary package ranges from 7 LPA - 8 LPA. Deloitte and Health Care are the top recruiting companies. HR is the main role offered at our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent in our college. The cafe is also good on campus.

Faculty: Teachers are good, and they pay attention to every student. Seniors are also very helpful and cooperative. They are always ready to help us with our doubts. This course is good for students.

Other: Events are average. This university is like a school.

Our college is good with faculty members and crowd.

Placements: Placement offers from good companies are less but internship opportunities are provided in our college. Many students prefer to go for master or pursue their career in other courses like LL.B. or MBA.

Infrastructure: The library is the best place on campus. We have a separate reference library where students can bring their study materials to study without any disturbance. The Wi-Fi connection is stable. Classrooms are clean. Canteen food is tasty.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are the best. Teaching quality is very good. Faculty members put a lot of effort so that students get their teaching. We have separate group discussion classes to build good teacher-student connections.

Other: Fests organised in our college are like a school's annual function which is bad.

I liked the environment of the college and a lot of beautiful infrastructures surrounded by greenery

Placements: Around 60% of students got placement from college. The highest salary package offered in my course is 4.5 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5LPA. Clarion Research, Talent Valley, Om Sai consultancy, Touchstone Research, Child Research, KVC Consultant Ltd, JARO, etc. About 55% got internships. Roles offered are Consultant, manager, researcher, teacher, academic assistant, etc.

Infrastructure: The classrooms were well furnished, and the whiteboard and benches were all in good condition. The classrooms were airy and very spacious too. The Library has a collection of books, and they have good seating arrangements, peace, and a quiet environment. The Wi-Fi connection runs well.

Faculty: The teachers were Masters in their subjects. They have the answer to every query. The course curriculum is relevant everything runs according to the curriculum. Not really, as you need to do much more for being ready in the industry. Exams are average, and the passing percentage is 40%.

Other: The course has been allotted to me by the college. I wish the value of philosophy as a subject must increase as other subjects. LSR has one of the best fests omg, the girl's college.

LSR has magic at every point and helps you to grow into a beautiful individual.

Placements: Since our course is more on the academic side, not a lot of students sit for the placements. But whoever did, got a decent job in Delhi NCR companies like Praxis with decent pay. This course doesn't bound you to any field, be it for internships or job opportunities. A lot of our batch students interned at Think Tanks, Media houses, MNCs as per their future aims.

Infrastructure: Although the infrastructure is old still it is good at LSR. The college isn't fully air-conditioned except famous reference section. The new building caters to a lot of batches and is equipped with all facilities properly. The old building and the tutorial block are considerably well kept and ventilated.

Faculty: The staff and professors at LSR are something that has been appreciated for generations. Apart from a few professors in each department which is normal everywhere, all our professors were well educated, well-read, and very experienced in a variety of fields. Not only they know their subjects well but also guided us in different streams when asked. They have always been supported the ideas we have brought to them. The course curriculum is quite relevant in general as well as subject-specific. The curriculum is such that it provides you a platform with the freedom to do and choose anything for future goals. It does equip you with skills and knowledge providing food for thought. The semester exams aren't that tough to crack. With proper focus on class lectures, paper pattern and demand, and an eye on the previous years questions, one can comfortably pass the exams with a good GPA.

Other: I chose this course because of the wide base of opportunities it has to offer. One can go on to do specialisation in philosophy or study it for the sake of taking it as an optional subject in UPSC CSE or go on to do an MBA after it. A lot of our department alumnae went on to do masters abroad in fields that weren't exactly related to philosophy. Apart from the academic hustle bustle that the college is known for, we have a lot of extra-curricular and co-curricular happening all year round. From one's department. Fests to Diwali Melas to college fest to National Service Scheme's Annual fest are held. Apart from these, there are a lot of workshops, lectures, talks and different sessions on careers, etc. The campus is lush green in and out with gardens and greenery all around the buildings. It is a blessing during the dreadful Delhi winter pollution. The campus has cute paw friends around to keep you cheerful as a part of our NSS initiatives.

LSR will provide you with a lot of exposure and change you for good.

Placements: Placements in our college are really great if you decide to sit for the placement talks and other activities. Our seniors were also offered great salary packages after their graduation in economics Hons, English Hons, B.Com (Hons)., etc. Placement cell looks after the entire placement process. It stays in contact with the students who enrolled for placements. Students can get information about companies' requirements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not very different. However, the college promises to be accessible in terms of its infrastructure. There's a Wi-Fi facility in both the buildings. We've also got a good library. The college provides accessible washrooms. The canteen is one of the best ones in DU.

Faculty: The college is known for its faculty. Teachers in our college are great. They are knowledgeable. They are mostly interested in teaching. Good teachers a lot of time don't limit themselves to just the textbook and teach much beyond it as well. The student to faculty ratio lies in 1:30-40.

Other: You know you’re in DU if you’ve heard rumors, gossip and stories about the oh-so-elusive LSR girls. You will find out that these rumors and stereotypes are, for the most part, far from true. What you will also realize is that given how LSR is pretty much isolated (the closest being Gargi and Kamla Nehru College}, you’re going to have to travel a fair bit for tuitions, activities, food and drinks. LSR Café; widely known as the ‘best college canteen’ (even though LSR students refuse to call it a canteen), the café at LSR offers a wide range of items that cater to every taste from South India to continental cuisine. Currently, it’s being run in collaboration with Pat-A-Cake, so if you have a sweet tooth you can satisfy your cravings here! We recommend the kathi rolls at the Café.
