It is a wonderful place to explore the knowledge.

Placements: 76% of students get placed in our course, i.e., B.Sc. (Hons.). The highest package is 20 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA and the average package is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Brain & Company, McKinsey, etc. Around 76% of students who opt for placements get placed in reputed companies.

Infrastructure: It has well-designed and furnished classrooms. Projectors are available for the department. Both online and offline libraries are available. Wi-Fi is also good. Food quality in the mess and canteen is also good enough and hygienic. Medical and sports facilities are also there.

Faculty: Teachers are extremely helpful, qualified, and really knowledgeable. The teaching quality is extremely great. The course curriculum is relevant for the internship to the extent of 90%. It does make students industry-ready. Semester exams are of average level and not too difficult. The pass percentage is 95%.

Cons and pros of Lady Shri Ram College for Women.

Placements: There are 65 something students in B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics first year. Recently one of my seniors got a package of 18 LPA from a company through college placements. B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics students can opt for a B.Ed to become a teacher, can become a mathematician, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good. In our department practicals are done in college labs. The lab infrastructure is great. There are so many ACs (working) and a lab has 60 laptops. There are 3 labs with 60 laptops. Food quality is amazing at very affordable prices. The cafeteria has low lighting but it has great options.

Faculty: Professors are PhD holders. They all are super intelligent, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. Semester exams are not so difficult. I don't know about the pass percentage. Professors are really helpful and professional. They are the best.

Other: Lady Shri Ram College for Women organises many events and fests. Some popular events and fests are Tarang, Bahubhashi, and Noor.

Is LSR good for maths (H) in terms of placement and academics as I have heard that it is an arts college?

Well, being a final year student of the college and having the combination of Maths and Economics, I will say, yes it is. Here I am talking about Bsc Maths only. The senior faculty is nice. Whereas the ad-hoc are mere beginner in the field of teaching, so they sometimes are unable to explain the con
