Honest review of Loyola College.

Placements: Placement cell of Loyola college was awesome. Almost 85percent of students get placement opportunities here every year. Many top recruiting companies were Cognizant, HSBC, JP Morgan, Oracle and Infurnia. The average package was 3 LPA - 5 LPA and the highest package was around 20 LPA. Post graduate students were eligible for campus placement in their 4th semester.

Infrastructure: Our college provided single occupancy room with table, chair, bed, etc. Room had an attached bathroom also. Cleaning staff was well maintained in all the rooms in the hostel building. Food cooked in a mess was very delicious. Mess rent was affordable to students, and it was not very high. Some sports facilities like in hostel building there were well-equipped gym, 1 cricket ground, 1 volleyball court, and walking park. They also provided 24X7 internet facility. Guards and CCTV were there in hostel for security of the students.

Faculty: My course here at Loyola College is master of science in statistics. This subject seems to be very interesting, and I am very happy with the knowledge that I could get to know from my faculty members. Coming to exams and conducting exams, they gave much time from semester to semester. As it was a semester system, we had a lot of time to study. We will be having two internal exams and an external exam. Internal exam was for 20 marks and external exam was for 80 marks for a total of 100 marks. Faculty members were supportive, cooperative, good, and highly qualified. Class size was 52 course, and fee was INR 12,270 per year.

Review of Loyola College.

Placements: Students get eligible for placements from the 5th semester and should not have backlogs. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Around 60% of students got placed in the previous year. Students need to score above 7.5 GPA to get placements.

Infrastructure: Many facilities were provided in the classrooms like water, electricity, and 5 to 6 fans per classroom. Chairs and benches were neat and clean. There were 6 to 7 food courts in our college. Hostel was very clean. PG students were friendly. They conducted an entrance exam to provide a PG facility for students.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were approachable, friendly, young, and knowledgeable. They upgraded themselves with the current technologies.

Our college is our second home.

Placements: Around 80% of the students get good campus placements, especially in the private sector. The average package is 7,00,000 Lacs per annum. The highest package offered to the student varies between 25 Lacs to 35 Lacs. My plans are different as I want to pursue higher education.

Infrastructure: I lived in the hostel for sometime and all the basic amenities are available there but one has to make sure that they reach the hostel especially women by 10 p. m. The meal quality is good and hygienic which is good for our health. Both veg and non veg meals are available. For people who are interested in sports there are many games to play in the campus.

Faculty: The course is divided into 5 semesters out of which two discipline subjects are compulsory in all the semesters exams. Teachers are well qualified and most of them are from prominent universities like Delhi University and some have accomplished their research from abroad. The tutorials are taken every week to clear the doubts of the students and help them to prepare for their semesters and internal exams.

Students can have the best experience at this college.

Placements: Many companies visit our college for recruitment. Top recruiting companies are Zifo, Pfizer Pvt. Ltd, Latentview Analytics, IQVIA, etc. Every company conducts computer-based aptitude tests, group discussion round, HR rounds, and technical rounds. Around 50% of students got placed on campus. There is no special coaching for interviews and we have to prepare ourselves.

Infrastructure: I am a day scholar so I do not know about hostel facilities. But I have heard from friends that the hostel facilities are good. It also has double-sharing rooms. There are almost 350 rooms so there is no problem getting admission to the hostel.

Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. They update the course curriculum every 3 years by consulting with industry experts about what they need and they inquire about the new updates in the field.

It is a good spot for knowledge.

Placements: Placement opportunities were provided to each student through numerous companies and industries. Data analyst to data management, tester to developer were the roles we could expect. The students can achieve high salary packages by developing their resumes smartly.

Infrastructure: Our college had a neat and quiet infrastructure for peace of mind. There were labs and smart classrooms to promote the subject. Library with paperback and e-learning options provide assistance to students of various stages. The hostels are well-maintained and promoted often.

Faculty: The course and exam schemes will test the students' knowledge to face the work field. The social character and personal development classes will be a great guidance session. Spending time smartly can help the students promote themselves and may lead them to a better path.
