Good college to enhance your future.
Placements: We have a dedicated placement cell that makes sure that the students are placed in the top companies with good packages. Companies like ZS, Paytm, etc., are involved in placements. In mechanical engineering, there is an added advantage for girls. Some companies offer extra benefits for girls in my course.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, well-maintained laboratories, and library which offers a wide range of books. We have 4 food outlets and a canteen. The food is very tasty. Hostel service is limited for boys and it is very good. We have a doctor room and sports are supported.
Faculty: College focuses on studies very much. Dedicated faculty members help in problem-solving and provide knowledge. Semester exams are of good level for testing the student's knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant making us ready for future challenges. Communication skills are also polished by teachers getting us ready for interviews.

MAIT - A comprehensive overview.
Placements: Placements in the mechanical department are below average. Last year, the maximum salary package offered in Mechanical was around 12 LPA. Around 60% of students got placed. Recruiting companies include TVS and Infosys. Students often try for off-campus jobs, where the maximum salary package offered is 33 LPA for our college students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very bad. I would say, campus is very small around 10 acres, and it gets crowded during break. Classrooms are small. MAIT doesn't even have a lecture hall. We only have a small boys hostel (no girls hostel), students prefer to stay in PGs near college due to very high hostel fee. College grounds are very small too. Sports here is dead. Mess food is okayish I would say. College has 5 canteens and they are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are okay. Most teachers help students if we ask for it but some teachers here are pathetic. Teaching quality is okay but syllabus is never completed and teacher usually leaves it on students. I would say, semester exams are easy. Pass percentage is 45%. Course curriculum is same as other colleges but not relevant.
Other: Attendance is taken care of by teachers here. If students score good, teachers will still give them marks even with low attendance.

About the infrastructure and facilities provided by the college in this amount.
Placements: The recent placements happened well. From the batch of 2020-2024, almost every student got decent placements. Internships and all are perfect as we get a lot of opportunities. Recently, the internship fair happened, and many companies offered internships to students.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. It is beautiful and looks perfect. In the library, every kind of book is present, and we can also take books with us. Hostel facilities are good, and the food of the mess is good in taste.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are good at teaching, especially our Maths teacher is awesome. In the upcoming years, the course curriculum is going to change, and it will be worth it. Semester examinations are of medium level. The pass percentage is 40% of the total.

Nice Faculty and Infrastructure.
Placements: In Mechanical Engineering, approximately 80% of students are placed. The highest package of Mechanical Engineering 2020-24 was 10 LPA. The internship is compulsory. From the third semester, internship opportunities are provided by the college. There are many societies in the college which also help with internships.
Infrastructure: The college has well infrastructure. There are two ACs in every class. Wi-Fi facility is available but a bit slow. The network is lost in classes and sometimes there is zero network. Labs and the library are well-managed with all equipment and books available.
Faculty: The college has very nice teachers. There are two mid-semester exams and one end-semester exam conducted every semester. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, and if the student is dedicated, then he or she is industry-ready too. Semester examinations are not so tough and not so easy.
Other: There is a small ground and a bit high number of students, but it is well-managed and designed.

College and placements details.
Placements: The college places students well in CSE programs but not so well in ME and MAE, where the largest compensation package is approximately 60 Lacs. The main employers in the college are Infosys, Microsoft, HCL, Byju's, and many more. I believe that 60% or so of the students were placed last year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is subpar. These are standard classrooms. The air conditioning in the classroom is provided with a broken unit. With so many selections, the canteen is good. On campus, we often hold sports practices, although the field is in very poor shape.
Faculty: Every teacher has a Ph.D. and a substantial amount of classroom experience, making them highly qualified. I think the curriculum is well-aligned with society, and the institution gives students practical experience in a variety of labs equipped with a variety of equipment so they can study well.
